HELP Bug-Off

Okay, so due to the large amount of TTing I had to do to get Skye to want to move, my game's really off and has a Bug-Off today.

However, I completely forgot to prepare for it, so I don't have a Horned Hercules or Golden Stag to enter...

What should I do? DX

I just entered with a normal butterfly and won xD
I did not even intend to win because I already had 2 gold trophies, xD
just catch a Bird Wing, or the blue and red one :3

Try to catch something like a birdwing butterfly, argias butterfly, emperor butterfly, mantis, Bee (from beehives) and any of the tree beetles you can catch during the day. You should be able to win and claim the bonus item.

A birdwing is always a good entry! But they don't have to be as good as you think, second in my town was a praying mantis I think?

Although if you're determined to get a horned hercules or something maybe someone in a different timezone will let you to their island (or you can try Club Tortimer)

You can go into a tour at the island and ask Lloid for a net if you aren't getting anything good in your town. There won't be any rare beetles, but butterflies can go for really high points too.

A Raja Brooke Butterfly is dark green and black, an Agrias Butterfly is blue and red.
