Any ideas what to do with this penninsula, and is this island any good in your opinion?

So I've spent a lot of hours restarting for an acceptable starting layout, yellow airport, peaches and good villagers. I even got lilies, which are my favourite from the flowers my birthdate would allow! But... then there's this awkward penninsula, which is both slender and square-ish. I'm kind of tempted to reset over this, especially since I've been told my Resident Services placement could cause me troubles in the future... But then it could take me so much time to get similar results again, and idk if I'd be up to such a ride again (I think I've literally spent ~100 hours on resetting alone in the past). What do you think?

I have one of those too, and my plan is either to put a lighthouse there, or maybe turn it into a tourist spot. I got some standing binoculars from a balloon and was thinking about putting it there and make a little ocean viewing area. I also think a zen garden could work in a spot like that. Since I just started my island last month, I’ve currently been using it as outdoor storage because it’s out of the way. I don’t think it’s worth resetting over personally, especially since you’ve put so much effort into getting everything how you want it, but in the end it’s up to you.

Yeah, I was gonna say, slap a lighthouse on that.

Or, using a buncha like Fishing Tourney furniture, turn it into a fishing dock.
