Can I trade villagers with myself?

Hi everyone! I just recently created a second town, and I really want to move some of my villagers to my first town, but I don't know if this is possible since you have to visit someone to obtain their villager. So is there anyway for me to trade villagers with myself? I have two retail versions if that makes any difference.

Only if you have two systems. I've done a lot of trading amongst myself this way.
