Right lol. Even worse is that my resident services area is way too close to my airport. I can't terraform my way around that. I refuse to start all the way from the beginning though.

Don't reset for decent starter villagers. Their houses suck and you'll end up with features you won't like (like an orange airport, rip me lol)

Honestly, nothing really comes to mind, I guess I've learned how to not take anything too seriously by now, so I've just been chilling out and having a good time. I guess the only thing is that my resident services are a bit close to the airport, so I don't really have space for an impressive entrance, but that has only been something to solve, not really be sad about

You're an idiot; the native fruit doesn't matter because you can get everything later anyway.

Pay more attention to your starting map. What were you even looking at in the first place?

Don't be scared to shake your trees; the fruits grow back indefinitely in this game.

Don't be afraid to run in your town; the flowers can't be destroyed by your constant running anymore.

And for the love of Tom Nook don't steal all the flowers you can at mystery islands because you'll use 500 shovels digging them back up once you're overrun and will have a hard time selling them all!

I'd tell myself to reset until I got anything other than mums as my native flower. They're what I got, and while they're not horrible or anything, they're my least favorite flower.

pre-new horizons jas - do nOT choose the double-south river mouths. you will think they are cool and have many ideas but no patience to execute these ideas. also, i would have picked a plaza that was a lot further from the airport and not one infuriating tile off from being centre aligned! but. good on ya for resetting for peaches and two good starter villagers.

My island is almost overrun by flowers now after doing some TTing for the campsite method lol. I am dreading the cleanup.

I would stress that this game won't solve everything. Play it leisurely and don't worry if you aren't as fast as your friends.
