For the most part I like them. The wooden ones have a pleasant hollow echo. Small and medium size wind chimes are pleasant to hear on slightly breezy days. However, during a storm they are a nuisance.

One of my neighbors used to have a large wind chime. During one March it was windy for several days straight. He didn’t take it in, so the racket didn’t let me sleep at night. It sounded like how I imagined Hell to sound like.

All the neighbour's had them when I was growing up and they would drive me crazy. The noise would make me mad for no reason and idk why. I personally wouldn't want any windchimes around me but it's been a few years since I heard one so maybe things have changed

This, I liked them until the neighbor got a bunch, or a huge one hung on the tree outside the window I like to keep open.

I adore them! I'd love to put some up but I'm sure neighbours would complain. I love glass, metal, wood wind chimes... and all sizes hehe

They're nice. I like them. It reminds me of simpler times. Spring during a cool breezy wind. My home as a kid in the countryside and living with my granny.

i hate windchimes with every fiber of my being why would you want something that can make noise literally 24/7 outside of your house when you have neighbours

I like them. I find the sounds they make calming. I do have a neighbor that has them but they live a while down the street so I don’t really hear them. Maybe if I lived right next door to someone who had them, I’d find them more annoying, but right now I don’t.

I love wind chimes so much. I don't have any out at the moment since I live in an attached house and I don't want it to bother any neighbors, but if I'm ever able to live a bit further away from people I'd love to have one. I like smaller metal and bamboo ones the best!

We have a lone wind chime at our front door. I love the sound of it. Quite calming. I prefer the standard metal variety. The sound is just "off" when it's something else, at least for me.

I really like the medium bamboo ones. They have a nice calming sound to me and they don't get too loud.
We have 3 metal wind chimes. One was left behind from the previous owners and the other two were from my spouse's grandmother when she passed. They rarely make noise where they are at.

I love all kinds of wind chimes. I don't get a lot of wind where I live except in a few months but I enjoy their sounds. I like the metal ones that come in different sizes so I can hear more sound variations.

I love windchimes. Hearing them makes me feel like I’m 5 sitting on the front porch on a warm June day again. Unless it’s in the middle of the night, that’s kind of a clashing vibe, y’know?

i used to love the wind chimes my grandma had because the noise they'd make was so calming. but overall they're nice and i should probably look into buying one...

i love wind chimes! they're usually really pretty and i love the sounds they all make :] i took my one windchime with me when i moved, but i have yet to get around to putting it up...
