I personally do wear glasses, and I have since I was in 3rd grade I believe? I actually wear bifocals too hehehe. I definitely need them to drive, but I don't need them to do normal activities. though sometimes I get a headache if I don't wear them, and sometimes it's hard to do stuff (like watch TV) without them.

I've never been interested in wearing contacts. I've heard a lot of things about how they can get dirty and potentially damage your eye. but mostly, I feel like just having something stuck to my eye would be super weird lol. plus I like how I look with glasses on

Yes. My eyesight is terrible.

From 16-29 I primarily wore contacts. Then I got glasses with transition lenses to help with photophobia and it has just made life so much easier. I only wear contacts when I'm going for a specific aesthetic now.

I haven't gotten glasses but I am certain I need to. I cannot read things like drive thru menus and that doesn't seem normal. Unfortunately, I can't afford it and I have other health concerns that need to be addressed first, if I can even address any of them at all at this point.

I’ve worn glasses since I was 8. I’m very nearsighted and I blink constantly from having double vision, so I can’t wear contacts. I don’t like how I look in them. I think they make my already round face look rounder.

I used to not care about them until a few years ago when I noticed my left eye was near-sighted. My current glasses have purple frames and they are very dear to me.

yes but i wear them mainly for work cause i need to focus, and i have a practical chain for my glasses so i can just slip them off when i dont need them. (lifesaver if you misplace stuff as often as i do) im shortsighted but not by much, so i wear glasses around 40-50% of the time.

I don't wear glasses or contacts, but I'm probably overdue for some by now. All I know is that I had 20/15 vision back in High School and it has degraded from that peak over the years since then. I don't really have notable issues with my vision as far as I'm aware, it's just not what it used to be, you know?

I don’t wear glasses but I was one of those kids who was obsessed with wearing glasses. I remember my childhood best friend would let me wear her glasses when she wasn’t using them. I thought glasses looked cool and I wanted to look cool too. (still do)

i'm meant to, but i don't. i wore glasses for my last few years of highschool, but i stopped wearing them during the pandemic because they would always fog up while i was masked, and i haven't put them on again since. the lenses aren't suited to my eyes anymore, but my sight doesn't feel any worse, so. i should probably get an eye test and have the lenses switched out, but i don't really like the thought of wearing glasses anymore, and my eyesight isn't bad enough where i need them for daily life (probably would if i ever learned to drive though-) so i just haven't bothered lmao.

My mom and dad both started wearing reading glasses when they got older so I expect that will probably be my path as well but for now I'm good without.

I have glasses, as one of my eyes has awful vision. I had to wear eyepatches at one point when I was younger! I don't wear them much, unless I am gaming / watching screens for a long period.

no, I’ve never had to wear glasses. I’ve only ever wore colored contacts just for fun, but now that I’m older though I’m starting to think I might need some soon. I can’t see as well as I used to especially farther away things. I should probably go visit an optometrist just to confirm if I have poor vision or not, lol.

Yes. I have to wear them all the time. Actually, everyone in my family wears them, but only me, my dad, and my brother have to wear them all the time. My mom only wears them for reading and driving and my sister is supposed to just chooses not to wear them. I’m assuming they’re not necessary then. I guess every man in my family is just cursed to have trash vision lol.

Yes, I have three different pairs:

• Near-sighted/computer use glasses
• Distance glasses
• Reading glasses

I was diagnosed with an eye disease when I was six, and I've worn glasses ever since!
