Do you workout at home? If so, what kind of exercises do you do?
Have you built your own home gym, or do you improvise with what you have laying around?

While you're at it, tell us about your routine or your latest PB (Personal Best) !

I recently (very recently lol, about a week) started working out at home, and I use whatever random stuff I find lol. I've been doing half an hour walks every day (1.5km), usually in the evening. I do squats every other day (3x20), though I've been doing the squats for about a month. I found these hand exercise things in my garage so I'm using them every now and again, but not regularly. I do a short session of stretches before I go on the walks since I cba to do them often, so I have to make myself lmao

I find it helps me a lot, mental health-wise, to be active and outside. I'm not working towards any particular goal other than being more fit, since I'm quite new to it etc etc. I was actually inspired to start working out when a friend of mine said they were going to the gym and I was like "welp, guess I should also do something"

Yes, I workout at home. (haven’t done that in a while) Anyways, my dad built a home gym in my house. I walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes and sometimes I do weights and cable machine. I haven’t been working out in our home gym in a long time but I walk around the neighborhood for 20-30 minutes (even 35 minutes) with my mom and dad. It keeps my heart rate up and my blood pumping. I feel good after walking around the neighborhood with my parents. (my mom and dad are proud of me finishing a good walk around the neighborhood and working hard that I deserve to pour ice cold water all over myself hahahaha just kidding) I’m just joking with you. I would never pour cold water all over myself. (I’m a funny person, right? At least I’m trying to be a funny person) All jokes aside, I definitely deserve ice cold water to drink after a good walk around the neighborhood.

I use Ring Fit Adventure for my exercising needs. I find the game more enjoyable than Wii Fit and am glad that at least Ring Fit Adventure won’t fat shame you just because you’re a bit heavier than what it says you should be due to muscles and having a bulkier body.

Mostly just doing light cardio right now as I'm getting back into it. I like things that are no-equipment, or easy to store. Those huge rubber brands are awesome for pushing yourself with little space taken up.
