There are many variables that can affect my answer.
~ I would like to be able to die, but not from the usual human things" Ie like Disease, old age, or how "squish" we are, like I can die, but normal things that would kill a human would hurt me, maybe badly hurt me but probably not enough to kill me. A spear to the heart/brain would kill me, but would probably survive everything else.
~I would like to see how the human race progresses, but at the same time I don't want to do it alone. What is the point of living if you're alone, while we might dislike humans, being totally alone is horrible. You can make half ass friends, like we do anyway but you have to make hundreds of them since after a while they will notice you dont age like them. You could never have a best friend or at least you would have to put your 100% trust into them with your secret. If I could say take my lover, life long lover with me I would be happy not to be alone.
~ I would eventually want to die, while they say a lifetime isn't enough to experience what this earth has to offer eventually you will have the feeling I've done everything I could ever want to/ imagine and be satisfied with finally dying, being able to see the people you're met through out your lifetime, your loved ones and stuff.
~I would have to be rich/ and unknown. I honestly don't know how I would do this, In this day and age finding people is easier than say in the 1700, It might not happen right away but eventually you will be found as a normal person who has no experience with being hidden, moving around, secret Identities stuff like that to be hidden, I would have to move around because people do get suspicious after a while, like I've known this person for 30 years and they will look the same !!!
~I am interested in the future, in a good future. I will probably have to experience war, over population, starvation, or the point that the human race extincts it self or comes close. I'm curious to see how long it take. But i'm curious to see how the human race recovers from these mishaps. if we have to leave the planet, if we have to live underground if we get invaded by other wordly species. The endless possibilities amaze me.
The funny thing is with so many possibilies I think the one thing i would want to live for, and actually wanna experience is virtual reality gaming XD Like in something like Sword art online.
The list goes on but those are probably my main points,
If I could live forever with my lover/ wealthy so I can explore, and not get captures by the goverment and "Studied" I would be happy
although i'd like someway to be able to control if you can take away immortality because if i get bored with life i'd like someway to escape.
