Who are the best (and worst) koala villagers and why? 🐨

Now, i like the koalas, but some of them are pretty..... meh....

BEST: Ozzie. Omg, his innocent and cute little face TOTALLY matches his personality and character. His design is simple, yet cute. I also LOVE Eugene's design. He looks like a rock star from the 1900s. Also, i think he looks cute, especially without shades. imma vote for both Ozzie and Eugene

WORST: Canberra. She is the complete opposite of Ozzie. I dont like her. Ewww

i kinda get how others might not like her but i still think she's adorable
melba and eugene are both amazing too

worst is alice, i really don't like her design

I voted Melba. She is so sweet.
I think Gonzo is great.
The rest of the koalas I don't care for that much. I think Alice is the worst. She seems kinda creepy to me.

best is Ozzie for sure, at some point in NL I totally fell in love with him and had him on my island for a short while but accidentally let him go too early. not sure who my least favourite koala is, I actually like a lot of their designs but the one who least appeals to me is probably Lyman?

She was a stuck up little... thing. Hated her guts.

I think there are a lot of very cute koala villagers but my favourites are Melba, Ozzie and Sydney. Melba and Ozzies plain designs really suit them and make them seem like really sweet villagers while I love the purple colour scheme Sydney has. Gonzo is also another good one though and is one of my favourite cranky villagers.

Canberra is my least favourite and probably the only one I don't really like, I'd been talking to a friend this morning about her and we'd both been convinced she was a male, it wasn't until I saw she was a sisterly that I realised we were wrong so I don't think her design suits her, she just looks like she should be a cranky koala like Gonzo.

I love nearly all the koalas! I had Sydney in my town for about 9 months and almost couldn’t let her go; I only said yes because the normal personality in NH feels lacking to me. But she was adorable. I also love Gonzo, Yuka, Ozzie, Lyman.......pretty much everyone except Alice and Eugene, since I’m not a fan of the overly human designs.

I like all of the koalas but Lyman,Melba,Gonzo and Canberra are my favorites.Lyman is a jock but being a koala makes him a bit less jocky and I like that.

Yuka has that elegant look going on, I think she’s the best of the Koala. Though, Eugene is really rockin’ the bad boy look well.

My favorite Koala is definitely Eugene because of his sunglasses, pleather jacket, and general greaser design aesthetic. I also like that he's a Smug, since that's my favorite male personality and favorite personality in general alongside Snooty.

My close second favorite is Melba because her ears make me think of Neapolitan ice cream. I also like Yuka.

My least favorite Koala is definitely Canberra. She showed up uninvited in my main New Leaf town years back and I had to wait for her to eventually ask to leave which seemed to take forever. She, albeit a different Canberra and not the one from my game, showed up in my best friend's town and my friend didn't like her either. I'm also just not that fond of her design.

I chose Melba, even though I have a soft spot for Lyman after getting him as my assigned Thanksgiving event prompt. They're both cute! I've never actually had a koala villager though.

I think Melba is the best, she’s so adorable and has a simple yet effective design. I think that Sydney is pretty cool too, she looks really shy and sweet.

I’m not a fan of Canberra, she just wouldn’t leave my island.

Melba and Sydney are the cutest. Sydney's colors and blush is adorable! Yuka is pretty nice too, though for the longest time I thought she was a male.

Canberra looks a bit intense.. Thought she was male too... and normal personality doesn't seem to fit.

i really love melba and gonzo!! melba is adorable, and gonzo is lil grumpy koala :]] hes cute as well

as for least fav, it would have to be canberra or alice xc
alice's design is kinda weird and canberra is just weird looking lol

I just got Sydney after months of hoping to find her while island hopping and she is just adorable! So sweet and cute and I love her ‘sunshine’ catchphrase and her cutesy house
Alice is also just adorable with her freckles and wide eyed expression.

I used to find Canberra scary, but she is actually much more cute in game than she seems in pictures on nookipedia.

Eugene is my least favorite; my husband had him on his island as was just not a fan. It also bums me out seeing him live in an office. Without the experience with my husband having him though, I’d probably be more neutral.

Not sure about the worst, but Ozzie is the best! He's probably in my top 25 villager list.

My favorite koala is Eugene! I love his Greaser/Bad Boy look and I think it's so cute that underneath those sunglasses are these little eyes! Coupled with his smug personality, it feels like he's a nerd that's trying hard to be cool and I think that's adorable!

I also like Canberra! I like that she's not a girly girl and that she's tough looking! I like her fur color and I think her eyes are beautiful!

I don't really dislike any of the koala designs honestly. They're a very cute group overall.

Gonzo! He’s cute in new horizons but I wish they would have kept his angry brows. He lives next to Sydney in my gamecube town so it’s like they’re a couple lol

honorable mention is Lyman! I’d move him in if I had room.

Gonzo!! He looks like a soft plush teddy bear~ seeing him for the first time in NH after years of not seeing him since the Gamecube days (didn't get to invite him in NL because I don't own the Welcome Amiibo cards ) I just had to have him. I miss his grumpy eyebrows but I gotta admit it's sweet seeing him smile all the time ☺

Melba and Sydney are both really cute, but Melba is my fave of the two since she was one of my starter villagers back in my first WW town.

I love Lyman he's cheerful and such a bright lime-green, and his nose is shaped like a pineapple! He's perfect for island life!

Yuka is one of my faves, too ☺ she reminds me of Stitch from Lilo & Stitch, because of how deep blue she is

Ozzie's pretty cute but I don't really feel anything towards him. I'm just neutral about him.

Imo worst ones are Alice and Canberra. Alice because she looks too human in the face and Canberra....ugh she looks like she's been skinned alive.

I have nothing nice to say about Eugene, either.

Best: Melba, of course. I have her on my island and she's one of my favorite villagers. Also her house seems so comfy.
Worst: Lyman. Idk, i just don't like him lol
