Melba and Gonzo are my favorites! Melba just has such a sweet face and I had her for a long time in... WW, maybe? Or CF... either way, I remember liking her. And Gonzo looks most like a koala and has such a cute grumpy face. I'm actually buying him off someone today, lol. I also have a soft spot for Canberra, though. Her design is kind of homely, but in a cute way, IMO. I also like Lyman- he's kind of weird, but fun. Honestly, overall, I like most of the koalas!
But my least favorite is Alice. It's SO CLOSE to being a pretty design. But the shape of her lips makes me... uncomfortable. I, uh, won't get into why. Eugene is also a love/hate thing. Sometimes I think he's cute, sometimes I wonder what Nintendo was thinking with that design, it's so oddly specific.

I'm not a koala fan but Melba and Eugene are the best designs for me of the bunch. Melba has a lovely natural design to her. She is easily my favourite koala villager. Eugene reminds me of the American 1950's greasers with those sunglasses and jacket. Such a coolala (that was bad, sorry lol)
Worst: Canberra

i personally like eugene the best! love his design and his name and personality match him extremely well. i love the way he acts; he was in my brothers NL town longgg time ago and we had him for a year or more because me and sister really loved him. my least favourite is lyman, sorry lyman, but i don’t really like your look. the green is a nice shade but his face proportions are a bit on the scary side.
i voted for melba as my favorite just because she's so sweet looking! least favorite has to be canberra because of her face... i'm so sorry canberra XD
I voted for Alice because I like her from way back, but I have Canberra on my island right now and I do enjoy her I like Yuka and Sydney as well (I guess I don't like the male koalas haha).
Alice is soooo cute and she says "guv'nor" like a ragamuffin in a Dicken's novel. I found her on a mystery island and adopted her even though she didn't match my theme.
Voted for Eugene and Lyman. Eugene is such a fav, I love him !! I wish I didn't already have Raymond and Marshal being loser boyfriends. Three smugs is one too many with this already repetitive and lazy dialogue, though ...
Canberra looks weirdly angry, and I'm not too fond of Ozzie's appearance.
My favorite koala is Yuka. She's a permanent villager in my second New Leaf town. I love her deep blue colors and I think she's perfect for the snooty personality. Honorable mentions to Sydney, who I've had in the past and loved, and Gonzo, who I've never had but would love to meet someday.
I honestly don't think there's a bad koala in the bunch. They're all cute or cool in their own individual way. I wouldn't mind having any of them as villagers.
Eugene is the best! His greaser design gives him a lot of personality and I find it adorable how behind those cool guy glasses are some cute beady little eyes.
I had Ozzie earlier on in my island and he was super cute, I also like Yuka because I think her coloring is super cool. As for least favorite I’m not a fan of Canberra she just always looks so mad! The designers really did her dirty lol like they did not need to make her face like that
The only Koala i know is melba, and i have to say she is just adorable ! Her looks are cute she is a cute very tranquil villager and her home ist just so so sooo freaking adorable ! I really enjoy having her around
Omg i just recently spent 100 nmts hunting for Ozzie! I finally got him and omg he is my favorite thing.
Melba is close second and Gonzo. I have a weird thing for koalas that stems from my favorite stuffed animal i’ve had since the day i was born, it’s a koala and i still have it so i just got this weird love for koalas.
I like Yuka but I don't really hate any koalas?? I wouldn't want most of them on my island, but I don't feel disgust from looking at any of them so I mean... whatever.
