Tools breaking is a major annoyance.

The airplane dialogue seems to have been made as long and as cumbersome as possible. They ask "are you sure??" after every minor choice, but if you mistype the dodo code, get ready for another choose your adventure book.

I often use the dropbox to avoid longwinded conversations... please don't call me first thing to tell me 350 bells have been deposited in my bank account.

Also, at this point, after dozens of letters sent and items deposited, I know what the dropbox is and what the card stand is for.

Orville 100%. And then when you're trying to speed run his conversation and you accidentally hit the wrong option and you have to start all over. Or when you type a DODO code wrong and instead of being able to retype it, you have to DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN :)

I found it kind of cute at first how Isabelle would talk about something personal during the morning announcement but now it's annoying, especially because she doesn't mention special guests like CJ or Saharah and I have to spend ages running around looking for them. Orville's dialogue is also annoying with drift and all those options.

I voted for Isabelle's announcements, since her announcements have gotten quite repetitive and aren't useful most of the time and I would rather just play the game right away than have to mash A to skip through her dialog.

I actually don't like being told about events like meteor showers.
It completely ruins what used to be a surprise.

I miss WW's Wishy.

an update to tldr ovrville's dialogue please :) that would save me so much time when playing this game. same goes for saharah as well. just wanna buy some rugs and wallpapers in peace..

It’s almost a tie between Isabelle and Orville, but I have to give to Orville. Why do we need extra dialogue about the nook mile ticket in my pocket and how does he even know it’s there? Can we please stop talking about me potentially using my ticket and actually let me use my ticket?

I'm okay with Orville even though his dialogue is long. I think there are some things that don't need to be an option but I'm thinking when they did playtesting, perhaps people were like "Oh I want there to be an option to cancel" There's a reason why his dialogue ages you 5 years.

The thing in games, you don't want to trap the player and have no exit. A lot of people get really mad when there is no way for them to exit a menu or a dialogue. I know it doesn't make sense because you going to Orville should already be like, "Hey I'm gonna go here!" Why would someone want to backtrack but idk, there is all kinds of different players.

I said when you can't do certain things with others over. I think the other way around, you visiting someone's island is actually really limiting. Like you can't use their little half-price sell box outside the Nooks. The locker-storage thing is nonexistent. You suffer being a pack-rat and then age 5 years when talking to Orville.

The poll only allows three choices. Anyway, all of them are annoying to some extent. But I can live with them.

Oroville is pretty bad. Half the time I'll spam a through the dialogue and select the wrong option and then have to restart from the beginning again.

my least favourite thing isn’t listed, it’s that you can’t mix local co op and online co op :( ruined a lot of my plans when the game first came out.

Definitely Orville asking loads of questions,it's incredibly frustrating when I accidentally pick the wrong option and then I have to read through all his dialogue all over again.
I mean I find Isabelle annoying, but at least she does her announcements once a day.

I voted for three options: Isabelle's announcements, Orville's extremely long dialogues, and not being able to do certain things when people are on your island.
1. Isabelle is still one of my favorite npcs and I love how she is always happy to see us and greet us when we log into game, but I strongly dislike how she plays so little importance in the game. She should be given more roles. For instance, she should announce what visitors are visiting for the day because sometimes I miss out on visitors like Celeste. When I am walking around and I don't run into them, I believe they aren't there and then bam! I log in again hours later and there they are--they were there the whole time but I didn't know. And talking to Isabelle should allow us to reset a villager's home (much like changing their unwanted clothes, but even this doesn't seem to properly work which is a big bummer).
2. Orville just....talks....way...too...much. His words should be shorten to the most important points. Sometimes I spam click because of the long dialogues and then I end up misclicking and have to restart the whole process again 😭
3. We should be able to decorate our islands while visitors are on our islands. It would be fun and very helpful. Like let's say our friends are over and we want their opinion on where to place items so we place it by the waterfall or by the entrance area and they can tell us if it looks good or bad---basically, decorating together! And maybe our "BFFs" in game, are allowed to decorate with us which makes the BFF function even more useful. And also, let's say we have random people on the island, but forgot to fence off certain areas, we should be able to fence on the spot! ;-; I know that would have saved me from some unwanted incidents.

Isabelle, she's so useless!
I don't care about that stupid sock, go back to my New Leaf town where you belong!

Orville can be annoying as well.

Don't hate me but...... Isabelle has never mentioned her socks to me. I guess I'm not missing out!

Another annoyance is the Nooks machine, too many buttons to press IMO. Plus the two brown bears in the shop stand in my way all the time. I feel bad for pushing them.

Isabelle does this really annoying head to one side smug smile after some of her nonsense and it really winds me up. I used to really like her but she's best when she's running around with her little bell jingling.
Oh man this pisses me off!
