Villager moving out Q’s

Hi!
Is it more frequent for a villager to visit the campsite than a villager you have wanting to leave? I just completed Project KK and have been following a guide by @yuecrossing but idk if I’m doing it right (x
I just can’t seem to find a thought bubble

I could be wrong but I think they show up every 15 or so days, so it's semi random. I would think it would be less frequent than villagers asking to leave though. I'm not sure. It's possible you're just missing the bubble, maybe?

So check each villager, including if they are in their houses? And when I jump, jump at increments of 15 days, okay! I’ll try that

Also I am wondering if you get a campsite villager for the day, if it’s not the new villager you want, do you just go to the next day? Or do you still check YOUR current vintages on your island for thought bubbles??

I'm not entirely sure the # of days, I do believe it may be at least semi random! I know there is a strat of not talking to the ones you want to move out tho
