I really want to get some ACNL Amiibo cards but they don't sell them in shops where I live (I live in NZ)
And I was wondering if there are any online sites that sell them for a resonable price?

I know that Amazon sells some packs, mostly I've been using Etsy or Ebay to get the specific cards I want... I'm not sure about your specific location though...

eBay in the UK has lots of cards sold individually. You may have to pay a lot of postage though.

You can try eBay! I get most of my stuff online!

Ebay and amazon. And theres stores here in the US called five below, and apparently theyve started selling them. Any exchangeable game store.

Honestly, EBay is really easy to get the cards you want. I’ve been buying exclusively from there because I can get the desired card for a reasonable price.

I used to be able to get the packs at Toys R Us and EB Games, but neither of those locations near me sell them anymore.

I'd buy a bunch of packs, keep the ones I wanted and sell the rest of ebay for like $2 a pop and make my money back, for the most part. It was a lot of fun. Then the Welcome Amiibo cards came out to Canada, I could only find one pack anywhere, and almost immediately I couldn't find cards anywhere. Now I'll have to find the rest of the ones I want on Ebay myself, but I really miss opening packs and selling the spares.

Although Ebay and Amazon are about the only way to buy cards anymore you can get some on etsy for cheap. They sell what's called "fan made" cards. They scan like normal cards but they are ones that they somehow put a computer made chip into. They aren't real but they work like a normal amiibo card and they sell for three or four bucks a peice. It's nice if you don't want to spend 20 bucks on a card to get one of your dreamies.

Wow, I totally didn't know that was a thing! But they work in-game like the real amiibo cards? :o

Yes they scan just like a normal card would. They even sell the welcome amiibo R.V. cards. I don't know how they make them though. I bought a few of my dreamies this way but I didn't realize they were pirated cards until I got them. I just really wanted my dreamies but I didn't have loads of cash to drop on Ebay or spend millions of bells. I hope I won't get in trouble for posting this because they are hacked cards.

There's a trading post here, and Reddit has r/AmiiboSwap and is accepting money for cards now - some are willing to ship outside of the US or ship from the UK. Also surprisingly, the Nintendo store still has packs of cards available, but I'm not sure if they will ship overseas or not. eBay is a good option as well.

Are the cards you find on Ebay genuine? I've been wanting to get some more cards myself and ebay/amazon are my only options but I've been hesitant.

I've been worried about buying off ebay because I don't know if the cards are genuine or not, or if the card would effect my game and not sure what to watch out for when finding a seller.
