With curly hair over washing my hair was a problem in the past, so now I was it 2 a week. I use a scalp cleaner/oil on days I workout and don’t wash my hair. I like to use blue shampoo on my hair once a week bc I have red/chestnut/ brown hair and in the sun and it can turn a little WONKY. And besides that I use an apple cider vinegar shampoo, it really gets rid of build up and dandruff. I use leave in conditioner, gel, mouse, and edges wax when styling! And I like to add coconut oil as well as castor oil on my scalp and hair. (CASTOR OIL actually does really help with hair growth! Just plain castor oil will help u grow your lashes, brows, and hair!  tbh I just use whatever shampoo and conditioner I find first and throw a dollop of it into my hair and hope for the best
