What do you like and/or dislike about your town map?

i don't think theres necessarily anything i hate about my town layout other than the stupid rocks, but i kind of hate where i put the cafe.

I hate where I put my Police Station. It's one space lower then I wanted it to be and it's not aligned with a near by building and now it looks awkward.

Same. Mine is so close to the caf? and so close to a row of 3 villager houses and it looks very weird and out of place. There's now a space next to Re-tail that could've been perfect for it and now it's totally empty.

Also, a long strip of narrow land at the top of the map I can't do anything with. The placement of Julian's and Ruby's houses near the train tracks bothers me too.

yeah im not a fan of mine but i've moved it too many times now to try again and i have way too many items and bells so no point

i like the design of my map, but there's a few rocks in really bad places unfortunately.

I really dislike quite a few things about the layout, if I hadn't already done so much work on it by the time I decided to properly start adding paths and bushes I would have reset. It has a tiny little area at the top right of the map that I just can't do anything with. I put a small orchard up there but I never go in that area really. It's just so out of the way from the rest of the town it might as well not be a part of my town at all. I also really dislike that there isn't anywhere for me to add a diagonal bridge....that's something I really wanted as I think they look great, just isn't an option for it.

I think one of the only things I like is that the beach is split, I like having 2 deprecate areas for different flowers rather than one big long beach, but that's about it

I like how I've got a little private beach that you need a wet-suit to get to, and that's pretty much the only reason I picked the map (when I got the game I didn't think of resetting to get different maps). I don't like that I have five big ponds in my town, but I've made peace with it and I'm working around the ponds.

i like how much space i have to work with
i hate that rock that is in the way of my path

I don't have any more space for pwps. ;-;

I hate that I didn't know about plot resetting after 3 of my dreamies moved in. Also... I have NINE rocks ;(

In Sapphire, I love pretty much everything about it: the layout, the villagers, the native fruit... The only downside was that there were a few rocks in the way, and I didn't have enough space for my campsite and picnic area. But I managed to make it work, and now, my town's almost completed. ;v;

In Ruby, I love the layout and have a big campsite area to work it. The house placements are nearly perfect, just gotta move out 2 villagers and move 2 new ones into the right spots and it'll be perfect. The only bad things are that there's waaaay too many rocks in inconvenient places, and there's an awkward dead zone in the middle my orchard (R.I.P. perfect pear sapling). So now, I guess I need to find a better spot for my orchard... Other than that, it's a nice town, and I love my villagers. I just got a LOT of work to do, since I started last week. xD

So far my map is okay, I like it. I didn't build that many PWPs yet because I am planning it still :)

Invisible again, I can bring over few perfect pears for you if you want some.

Oh, thanks for the offer, but I had a tree already grown. I was planting more, but one of them wouldn't grow for some reason. Thanks, though!

My town layout sucks so much. ACNL was my first animal crossing game so I didn't know anything before going in I thought the layout would be pretty unique. But now that I know about PWPs and stuff I realized that it's.... less than admirable. The river takes up a lot of the map and it starts at the left corner and ends at the top right. In the top corners there's barely any space for anythinggggg and it drives me mad. I don't want to reset though... I've grown too attached to these villagers and I'm not patient enough to get to where I am now in the game.
