I think I always crave tacos ha ha ha!!! I am going to be making a new dish tomorrow for dinner. I will be making Cajun chicken enchiladas with red beans and dirty rice. Basically I’m just gonna put Cajun spin on a regular enchilada dinner, but I think it’s gonna be really good!
