Villager opinions/suggestions needed!

So. I'm slowly and slowly getting all of my permanent villagers, as you can tell by my signature!
However, there are some unplanned permanent villagers in my town that I am starting to let move out, such as Roscoe and Blanche.
Those two are already gone (well, gone from my main. Now they're in my side town.), and I'm also working on moving Fang to my side.

That being said, I'll have extra spots to fill! I mainly have snooties, normals, lazies, and crankies, so I'd love some suggestions for peppy, jock, smug, and uchi villagers.

My town name is Shenkuu (yes, after a world in Neopets for those wondering!), and is all pink themed. The villagers do not need to be pink themed, so don't worry too much about that!
I just need some nice balancing suggestions on villagers!

Here are my current villagers separated into three 'groups':
Very attached to; not letting go!
Bob
Chief
Freya
Purrl
Lolly

Fairly attached to; difficult to let go!
Olivia
Wolfgang
Kiki

Like a lot but not sure I want in my town!
Moe (such a cutie, I just adopted him so I'm wary)
Cherry (wanting to replace with Tammy?)

Let me know your thoughts on those villagers too please!
