To those who don’t have a Switch 2

When do you think you’ll get a Nintendo Switch 2

If the Switch 2 is too expensive, I would be okay with a handheld device that only plays Animal Crossing and nothing else. But I doubt Nintendo would ever make single-game devices like that in today’s age.
A handheld device with a single game? Reminds me of a Game and Watch, it would be so cool for an Animal Crossing themed Game and Watch to exist!

i voted for "sometime after animal crossing 6 comes out." i will probably never get a switch 2 unless AC6 is exclusive to it, tomodachi life: living the dream coming out for the switch 1 reaffirmed my decision on that. plus, i don't play with my switch 1 enough. i barely play any nintendo games anymore, and if i do, i emulate the legal way by dumping my own roms.

Although, I might be begrudgingly convinced if a Switch 2 exclusive game I really want comes out, but I hope that doesn't happen. Games are too lackluster nowadays. I won't pay $70 - 80 - $100 for a mediocre game. I'll never forgive GF for the absolute disappointment that is Legends ZA
Legends ZA a disappointing game? Wow! It sounds like Pokémon really has made a disappointing journey during the Nintendo Switch Era. Before ZA came out, they released THREE Pokémon games that were embarrassments to the franchise (one evoked controversy for being the first to not include all of the Pokémon, second was the worst remaster of a video game, and the third was hit hard by glitches. And then they made another disappointment?! But then again, I already said that I’m not going to try a Pokémon game that removed turn-based combat and nerfed all status conditions.

One of my biggest complaints about the Nintendo Switch was how bad Pokémon has gotten. That probably is enough to abandon the Pokémon franchise. If Animal Crossing follows this direction, then I will not continue to get anymore Nintendo consoles.

I've given up on modern era Pokémon. Fortunately for me, I can pop in actual good games like FRLG, Platinum, HGSS, BW/BW2, ORAS, Sun and Moon anytime I want. I had hoped Legends ZA would be just like Legends Arceus, but nope.

The decline is already starting to show with Animal Crossing, unfortunately. It's less life, more simulator now. Years after the supposedly final update for NH and all Nintendo can come up with is giving us yet another way of decorating. Wow, much fun 🎉🎉🎉 But when a game centers around decorating, what else can one hope for?
