Anybody played/playing this? Episode 2 came out a few days ago, and oh my, that ending was really... disturbing.

I don't think Crane is the killer though. It just doesn't add up - I can believe that he has some weird obsession with Snow White, and maybe the killer is using that to frame him, but I doubt he would kill the girls and dump their bodies right outside the Woodlands? If Bigby's original theory of the killer leaving the decapitated heads on the doorstep as a message of some sort to them, then it doesn't make sense for Crane to be doing this. On top of that, he doesn't really strike me as a criminal mastermind. Too cowardly to pull something like this off.

Really looking forward to the next one, shame these episodes are so short and far apart.

In the meantime, any theories on what's going on?

I also noticed there's not a lot of discussions on games that aren't strictly rated E, so I don't know if this thread is even allowed.

I LOVE The Wolf Among Us. I have been dying for episode 3, but I think you're right.

Crane is DEFINITELY not the killer. It's way too early in the game to reveal the true killer IMO, I think it was more of a way for telltale to end the episode on a shocking cliff hanger. If anything, Crane is just a creepy old man who was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I don't think this killer would be stupid enough to leave evidence behind.

There is one theory of the red headed man that you see in Episode 1 in the hallway. Most people don't think he's the killer, but he is going to end up being important to the story somehow. This man is spotted throughout both episodes, as the Taxi driver, outside one of the apartments, inside the apartment when you're chasing Dee... someone pulled up a picture of the man and on his tie he has crooks, kind of like a shephard's crook. So, many are speculating that this man is from The Boy Who Cried Wolf, and he's either seeking revenge on Bigby or worse. The future episode names sort of support this theory (Cry Wolf, In Sheep's Clothing..) So I'm really interested in how this will turn out

Really? I thought they just had delays because the companies weren't all agreeing on a release date or whatever. xD That's kinda lame, people need to quit making theories then, because honestly that twist would've been something I wouldn't have seen coming!

I agree with y'all. Couldn't have been creepy old guy aka Crane. He's not THAT stupid to leave the evidence behind.. is he?
And its too early in the game to reveal. Unless Bigby goes on a wild goose chase? How many episodes are there gonna be, like 5 or something? I dunno, but its too early to reveal in my opinion.

If you are enjoying the game, I recommend reading the source comics.

But since I haven't played the game (I only watch my fiance playing it; I'm rotten at quicktime events), this is borderline thread-jacking.

What I love about the game though, is how they have the comics' creator on-board, so the game is considered canon to the series. However, I still think that Bufkin should be blue >.>

Loving this game to pieces. Really got me interested into buying the whole Fable series.

I loved that The little mermaid (Nerissa) showed up in episode 2. Even with all the little hints as to she was in the club, it still surprised me. I know the series bases it's characters on the original stories, but "ARIEL!" immediately was shouted Hoping for more great cameos.

i also do not believe it is crane.
i think maybe the actual person behind it used glamour once again to frame crane.
still unsure of who it is but this game is driving me crazy, i want to just beat the game all in one sitting! ;o;
