Mafia The Franchise Wars- Town & TP Win!

Kit do you have any opinions so far, you've been lurking for quite a while.

Your response to Dolby doesn't elaborate in any way why you stated that you pay attention to more experienced players in-game. I'm not satisfied by just that.

Note when I say "pay attention to experienced players," your implication in the post you made was that you only pay attention to experienced players.

So current thoughts on players, to be clear, I have no distinction in color between slight townlean and townlean because that would require me looking up a hex code or something

Fireninja1-The read before was because #4 in his RQS was an honest self-evaluation based off of his own past play. However, that really isn't enough to townlean him. Null now
Kirby-Moving Kirby up, Kirby looking into Ness's past games and replying mainly to the current issues in the thread indicates that he's town, as scum Kirby tries to keep things in a situation that benefits him (of course, this could easily mean that pressure on Ness and Ayaya have equal value to a scum Kirby). However, I would like to say that him pressuring Biscut for providing only one name for scum while not doing so for FN1 bothered me slightly
Zendal-IDK, slight townpoints for being the first to defend Ness, but besides that nothing really indicates that they are town or mafia to me.
Evan-Simply put, I like his reads. Moreover, his analysis in them seems to genuinely state what happened
Ness-I particularly don't like his post here
Also; the reason I asked Ayaya for what game she played last was because I wanted to see what her RQS answers in her last game were (specifically #5), which were this:

Ayaya was town in SU mafia, and the comparison of #5 to this game in the sarcastic tone compared to serious one does seem a bit capricious to me. FoS:Ayaya

I understand that the point in question is valid, it's that the way Evan stated that feels forced. It sticks out like a sore thumb with the meme he posted with it.

Primarily for the reason as it seems to be using RQS's as a serious reason to sus someone and as it seems to show his scum mentality, but literally everything else he's posted is seemingly town
Mog-Please post more
Kit-From what I remember, scum Kit just straight up tunnels early, haven't seen that, slight townlean based off of that. Only significant post was a defense of Ness
Arstotzkan-Why suspect Kat? Because little of what they've posted is good, for example
atm my biggest FOS is Dolby. Felt like he just kinda jumped onto Cleb's train of thought when he knew that there was a damn good reason why he was getting pushed, plus all the pocketing.

Slight townread of Biscuit, Fireninja, and Karen. Kirby putting focus on only answering Dolby's RQSs felt sketchy, and Kit's RQSs rubbed me the wrong way.
Calls me out for jumping on Cleb's line while stating that said logic was jump-on-able

@Kit "I'll tell you what I'll be known for at the end, kappa"

Feels really non-committal

@Dolby You were sus for more than just the first case tho. EOD on Day 1 was pretty shady on your part.

But regarding the RQS, while yours may have had more useful info, that isn't the reason Kirby gave. Yours "came first". Which felt like a really weak reason to favor one RQS over another. Glad everyone's answering both, though.
I may be biting my words here because the only reason that I'm townleaning Kit is because of one facet of their scumplay which hasn't been displayed yet, but this really is weak. Moreover, what you will be known for isn't really an important question and honestly in most situations would tell us nothing (unless a slip is involved)
Moreover, her whole interaction with Ness feels off

Gonna pause right here and say that I'm withholding judgement on Cleb/Ayaya until their interactions are over
Toads-Where you at?

Biscuit-IDK
Kermit
f11
-The two of them are the strong townreads I have at the beginning of everygame. I have to many now, but hey, I had 7 in SU and I think they were all town

Not saying we should avoid him I'm saying we should be careful, as soon as someone is seen as sus mafia will bounce all over them and push for a lynch, it happened far to often in the other game. It doesn't matter what point in the game it is, being careful is essential.

Your last two sentences don't make sense, you find it to be defensive of Ness but you don't see it in that way?
I dont see you defending ness to mean that you are both scum, I was just pointing out a connection.

Nobody likes my posts, typical. =/
Can we ban all ate in mafia?

Kit do you have any opinions so far, you've been lurking for quite a while.

I'm not I just keep the tab open in mobile.
I don't know how to feel about you.
Dolby's reads so far are interesting. Looking at it from a if he was scum perspective I don't see any merit in him saying what he said that would benefit his team.
Dolby is a green for me right now.
Everyone else I have no idea. I don't know the whole Arsto/Kat situation as well as I should to make a judgement on it.
The only thing I have on Arsto is her stance on Me and Dolby, and if we're both green that could be seen as suspicious on her part.

Also dolby fill me in on what tunneling means ;-;.

@ayaya here's my previous games post from the smash thread

@Dolby Interesting reads list, maybe I'm missing something but I'm not getting why you're scumleaning Ness but then townleaning people who defended him?

I'm sus of him solely because he has scum motivations for making that one post, but for the people defending him, Zendal for the way that they went about it, the more that I thought about it, scum Zendal with scum Ness would try to deflect onto someone else, Kirby for looking into his meta (which I think I had previously stated, exempting stated post, seemed townie). Kit's for different reasons and the weakest of my reads. As for my scumreads on Kat and Ness, I went to bed thinking that one or both of them were scum last night because their posts didn't feel town, though I'm thinking just one now obviously after that spat.

@Kat, tunneling means focusing on the idea of a single person being scum

@Kit lol

Oh okay.
I'd say it's unlikely that both Kat and Ness are scum unless they're attempting to fake a conflict that gets your teammate lynched early on because??
That's silly.
I'm more suspicious on Kat than Ness at this point, just gotta get that out there.
That's not to say that Kat is 100% scum if Ness is town. Reminds me of my ness conflict where (Maybe I'm remembering this wrong) we were both town but got into a heated debate, suspecting eachother because of it.
So I'd base my Kat sus on several interactions with different players, rather than just her and Ness.
If any of that made sense.

With what's bolded, not really

Er, maybe I worded that weird.
I guess what I was trying to say is that while I found Kat suspicious, taking Ness's playstyle into account I think that I should found my sus based on other interactions to form a clearer picture.

Yeah, Kermits locktown. Also, there are quite a few players who I want to post more to get a better read on

Also why the mogyay vote Karen? I smell a reaction test

I'm so sorry everyone, it's not an excuse but i found out that my jury duty was actually 2 days before i thought it was and I'm currently hundreds of miles away from home and now face a fine of ?1000 so I'm just not in a good mindset right now. Probably gonna ask for replacement unless i csn get my **** together this afternoon. I'm so sorry everyone

Damn mog. Understandable, I hope things will be ok :(

I already stated why.
I see, I admit I wasn't reading the game thoroughly (it's a lot of posts and iirc I was having my final exam then) so I don't know who was considered as lynch targets, so yeah that was a bad example. My concern was, in that game, players were calling experienced players as GF, which kinda put them on pedestal and might intimidate newer or less experienced players from pursuing them. And town tends to just follow experienced players because they're really good at making a case at someone who happens to act scummy, though I don't think the players we have now have the tendency to sheep. It's just something I keep in mind due to what happened in past games.

Anyway I can see why suspecting experienced players and putting them under scrutiny would be bad, but my concern are what I explained to Dolby above.

I feel like you're not satisfied because I'm not saying what you want me to say.

Am I your top scumread atm? What do you think about other players?

Yeah not much posts when I'm asleep, and I'm not sure what to think about the players that were active. Beside the ones I've mentioned, all are null, not seeing any scumtells so far from those that have posted, and I want to hear what Cleb thinks of other players, because his posts are mostly about my RQS response.

Dolby's townlock on Karen is weird but it's not something maf Dolby would do.

See you guys tomorrow when it's close to EoD

@ f11

Oh that makes sense, your wording just confused me.

Just woke up, I'll be more active later. :)

I dunno about town lock, but I'm pretty sure that Karen is town given she's the first person who voted. The mafia want to blend in with everyone else, and a good way to get town's attention is to vote (duh). Mafia don't want this, so they're is usually at least 1 mafia on a wagon by the time there's at least 3 or 4 people on a wagon.

Also, if that isn't enough, the games Overwatch-Smash mafia (exclude Dethys and SS3's) the first person whose voted has always been town in those games. So yeah, that's one of my crazy tells.

Also, I was writing something about Kat last night but I was too tired to finish it.
