Mafia The Franchise Wars- Town & TP Win!

@ Dolby referring to my point on Ayaya.

The first thing I said in that post was that I hadn't read the thread thoroughly meaning I skimmed the thread, and I pointed out something that didn't sit right with me there's nothing else to it. I still haven't read up on her exclusively yet as I've been doing other things and I'll get right to it now.

Nobody likes my posts, typical. =/

By the way, I wasn't defending Ness. I was simply stating that we should be careful especially because he is usually the type to get himself lynched for silly reasons and I'm not discrediting any arguments against him nor do I think we should leave him alone.

@Dolby Wasn't there a game where Ness ****ing exploded and he was maf? Forget which one it was but Im pretty sure that was a thing. Gut says Binding of Isaac

Also I don't really think it was that valid of a thing to say. I explained earlier why:
if someone makes a valid point, the validity of the point doesn't really bear on how you're reading the person at the moment - it's still a valid point.

Like for example, last game: Abe was seen as sus, but he made some valid points last game regarding Dolby's indecisiveness at the EOD D1 lynch. I was sus of Abe, yes, but I agreed with his points, which strengthened my suspicion against Dolby. But in the end, I was still sus of both.

idk how its valid tbh

Yeah, but that was because he was legitimately mad he slipped. Before that, he was pretty level-headed. Iirc, he was calm and collected in Themeless (though not that much in Tarot admittedly, primarily after he was set to be lynched)

@Dolby
"Though on the other hand I can EASILY see a Ness/Zendal team with this comment here"
Sure, but isn't outwardly defending a fellow mafia mate under day 1 sus the dumbest play EVER? I mean, if they got lynched every single person would instantly jump onto you.
I don't see it.

Seen it happen before. Not so much a sus, since I have a slight townlean on Zendal, but more just making sure the connection is out there

I may mess up often, but if I was mafia I wouldn't not do something as idiotic as that despite what people may think.

wouldn't not = would not.

Does anyone know what Ayaya's time zone is by the way, I think she lives in Australia, right?

Her timezone is in her sig I think.

I don't think we have a Ness / Zendel team.

Update: Internet is out in the entire city right now; some guy ****ed with the fiber optics . Activity will never lower from me for a while.

I'm actually feeling a bit weird about Kat right now, I'll explain in a bit. In the meantime @Kat why did you feel like I was "pressuring" you when I said "it's been ten minutes"?

everything else was in a serious context lol

Just woke up. I've only skimmed the thread right now but these are my thoughts:

Considering that Dolby even counted how minutes apart I was away between my first and second post, I think this is town!Dolby who tends to be paranoid & thinking too much of things

The tone in Ness' FOS on me is kind of similar to his maf play where he tend to be confident, but I'm not seeing other signs of his maf play which tends to be commanding and telling people to look at his suspects.

Null on everyone else.

And yes, my timezone is in my sig along with my current time so you can click on it to know what time is it for me atm.

I also got a fever but I don't want to replace out again and the fever isn't that bad since I can still read and type from my phone, just giving you guys a heads up

My scumread so far is Cleb.

I don't really know, I think Amazon may have a point with that situation. Looking at the way Ayaya stated that, it kind of gives off the signal that Ayaya just sits and looks for the experienced players to make a minor slip up and then pounce on it. Clearly, more experienced players won't make bigger slip-ups, so I feel like it goes back to the idea of just picking straws and trying to stab someone with them.

Everyone else's reaction to it is valid, but he's the only one who goes as far as saying I'm hunting experienced players. I can see him taking advantage of my answer and making it to look like I'm going after them. And it works because people are suspicious of me rn lol.

This is the 2nd time I get suspicion from something silly I did so I think I'll be careful from making this kind of mistake x_x

Anyway since someone asked earlier, maf wiki has the list of games I've played http://tbtmafia.wikia.com/wiki/Ayaya I haven't played in a year tho before SU so that has all my games.

I'm gonna look at past games of other players I'm not sure of (Kat, Ness, Zendel, f11)

@Amazonevan19 Do you have links to your other games outside of this forum? Since you mentioned
here you played on other sites

@Ness Can you give the game where you last played as maf? I'm afraid the ones on TBT wiki might not reflect your playstyle atm since it hasn't been updated

It's themeless mafia, it's on second page. I'd link but I'm not at home right now.

Idk what elaboration you want lol. Yes, I did.

I'm just floored because I can't believe you actually think that was scummy.

@Ayaya - I'm only restating what you said yourself. Earlier you stated that you tend to pay attention to more experienced players, but you didn't ever specify if you only pay attention to the experienced players, or just pay more attention to them. One word makes a big difference here, and this goes back to the idea of poking at straws to make arguments against people. The argument you're making against me is really just an argument against yourself.

Internet is restored in my area, and a lot quicker than I expected. Things should be all fine and dandy for me in the future.

...and, no, I'm not saying that we shouldn't pay attention to more experienced players. I simply stand by the philosophy that it's easier to figure out more experienced players closer to endgame than it is to figure them out early-game.

Again, I feel like you're twisting what I said or you're missing the point of what I was trying to say. I'm not going to elaborate further bc I think I explained all in my reply to Dolby.

So far, townlean on Ness based on meta. He's a lot calmer as maf in Themeless, which means he's improved, he was more aggresive as maf in the past. Comparing with his townplay in Overwatch, he's slightly more emotional which I think matches his current play in this game.

Also slight townlean on Zendel, he felt more playful when he's maf in SU than here and his townplay in Themeless.

Since there's not much activity and looking at meta is more tiring and might not be as helpful than looking at the posts in this game, I'm gonna take this opportunity to rest while I wait for more people to posts.
