The Switch Year in Review for 2025 is now out! Unlike the past few years, this actually includes games you played in December! You can find it by going to any of these links: North America / Europe / Australia/New Zealand. Feel free to share what you've been up to on your Switch last year in this thread!

Here are my stats from 2025!

I'm honestly a bit surprised I used my Switch for even less time than last year, though I played some of my other consoles a fair amount more last year. I'll also note that, unlike previous years, they allow you to see all your Switch stats from 2017 onward, which is definitely neat, though it'd be too much effort for me to also include the info from those years in this thread. 😅

Here's my switch review, just a bunch of farming games as per usual and an embarrassing amount of hello kitty island adventure. I didn't play my switch much in April or May cause I was busy playing the horse pack on the sims 4. And then in December I picked up cyberpunk 2077 on my partners ps5.

No surprise here for me. Although 11 games played in total, the majority was down to 2 games.

1. Dinkum: This AC-inspired Australian outback survival/building game definitely took Animal Crossing and raised the bar. The OG could learn a few things from this game, as I do believe it is better in many ways.

2. Mario Kart World: Different from MK8DX, but just as good, if not better than its predecessor. I had a lot of success in the TBT World Championships with the previous game, placing 1st in 3 tournaments and 2nd in the other, so I definitely look forward to seeing how my World skills match-up on TBT as well!

Shoutout to Super Mario Banana Rumble for kicking off 2025 right, as well as SMP: Jamboree, even though I've outgrown that game a bit.

In 2026, I look forward to Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined in a few weeks and whatever else may be coming down the line.
