SO MANY EGGS

Ok, I don't 'dislike' the easter event currently, but I went fishing last night and over 50% of what I caught were water eggs. I understand that we need a lot of them but this event is making it very difficult to do ordinary tasks (catching fish, getting iron etc...)Surely it would be better to make the eggs harder to get so it feels more like an achievement rather than having them spawn literally everywhere?

Is anybody else having similar problems?

Ugh, I had that problem and I got a nice island too

I heard that if you use fish bait to catch fish, they will definitely be fish. So you could always do that. They're just annoying to craft bulk of.

I’m sick of eggs. And the whooshing sound of the balloons keep ringing in my ears even when I’m not playing the game. I want Sakura DIYs. Not eggs.

What can you even do with the eggs though? Are they only meant to use for the Easter-DIY-recipes or do they have any other use? I have so many aswell and they fill up so much inventory space.
