Question: If a villager gets adopted is their house supposed to read "I've moved out" Or is this the glitch?

Nope, the glitch was the adopter got the "I've Moved Out." sign when they moved in. Not sure how it worked completely, but it was like they moved to the adopter's island in a moved out state, the one where the host had. Luckily it was fixed!
