Question about festivals and villagers moving out

So, I've done some time travel yesterday and then the Harvest Festival happened in my town, then I forwarded a few days after the festival and now I came back to the actual day (Nov 26) and the villagers are saying the Harvest Festival is happening tomorrow.

My question is, it will happen or not? I thought Festivals were a one time only event and couldn't happen again.

And I have two villagers that I desperately need to move out, Baabara and Gloria, all the other villagers asked but these two simply don't ask me to move out :( Ankha recently moved but she's already settled in my town, so I wonder why they don't want to move. I've done that trick to make them move out with Winnie and Poppy and it worked.

Holiday Events/Festivals are once a year, but only if you are playing in real time. When TTing, you can experience the holidays/events as many times as you want. :D

They can happen again if you travel back in time and they happen in the same time frame, as far as I know.

Is one of those villagers your 10th? Sometimes your 10th villager will take a long time to ping, so just be patient. It's random who pings, so just make sure you've talked to them each time (they won't ping you if you haven't spoken to them in a long time).

If you want, I can share the method I use to safely get specific villagers to move out. It takes some work and you have to be careful, but it's very safe and it's hard to mess up.

Nope, Ankha is my 10th villager

And yes, I'd appreciate it, I like them but they've been in my town since forever and now I need space for my dreamies.

If there are villagers in your town you'd like to keep, while some you wanted out,
these might be very helpful:

ETA: Oh, and if there are none you need to keep, then use the 'simplified' method seen in the 1st post of this thread:
Super effective and 100% success rate:

Have fun & good luck! :D
