On selling Sanrio villagers

I have the Sanrio cards and I wanna set up so I can sell the villagers to anyone who needs them.

What I'm wondering is two things:
1. Are there any limits for how often you can use the cards, does the 16 cycle apply?

2. Is there still a market out there for them? Are people interested in the Sanrio villagers, or has their popularity kinda come and gone and everyone who wants them already has them?

Unfortunately you cannot give Sanrio villagers to other people. A person needs to actually own the card and scan it themselves to get them to move in

Yeah, you can however scan them in for people to come and order the items for MEOW coupons, or order the items yourself to sell for TBT.
