Olive : why aren't you with us anymore?

Billy the goat was the first villager that I became attached to.
I had him in my town when I first started playing the game in the 5th grade.
Everyday after school I would visit him.
I remember that his house was near the beach and he would always be outside walking around by the shore.

Its probably because they dont want to double up on birthdays (which were introduced in WW) so need to cut some characters to allow room for new onnes etc

Bear cubs are currently my favourite animal crossing villager species! So it saddens me so much that possibly the cutest one hasn't been in an animal crossing game since game cube! (or at least properly~ the rv doesn't really count given it's not easy to get a hold of :/) Is there any hope of her return in New Horizons? I will be so sad if she is lost forever. However, with her appearance in the new leaf update, maybe that means that she is not forgotten by nintendo and we may see her and maybe the inclusion of a few other rv villagers to New Horizons? I don't know, maybe just wishful thinking. Of all the villagers they could have cut from the game I can't believe it was Olive that nintendo picked.

Funny to think that the only WA card I own is Olive. It came with my second copy of the game. I haven't moved her in yet, and I probably won't be able to decide until after New Horizons is out.

Really nice that they cared to brought back older villagers (like Olive) back then with the Welcome amiibo update. Now I hope that more of them coming back in New Horizons.
