In this Thread u may pick what you think is the Best TBS (Turn Based Strategy) And why.

I know it may be work press all those buttons instad of saying (I love hello kitty takes over world 2014)
Anyone can say that tell me why you love the game and what made it the best in your mind.

**** My Pick **** .

Advance Wars Dual Strike : Why , It has a great Story. Wile the main Villian is not as good as the Main villian in Advance Wars 1&2 (not even close) he does make the story i bit more personable and is a lot more of a jerk.

Is the Game Hard: Yes And No. It has a Small learning curve which may be tough for people new to TBS but if you are a Vet you will Catch on Fast if you played any FE games this will be a breeze ( fun but easy) the Hard mode brings the toughness up a bit but not where u need to be if your looking for a challenge.

Go to War room thats the place that is tough . WHAT is the War Room: I is a place where u do maps in a set time and score is based on fastestness power and units lost faster u are better score u get.

What about People in it are they cool: Yes Andy is my Fav Eagle is cool and Sami they all have differnt skill and Co powers that makes them right for each map.

Well thats my case whos next and what game And Why.

Fire Emblem Awakening:
- A lot of unique, in depth characters.
- A lot of freedom to decide whom you chose to develop and how.
- A ton of levels, especially including downloadable content.
- Great online support.
- Looks, sounds and plays amazing.
- Addictive weapon system, takes a few minutes to learn, a lifetime to truly master tactically.
- Its freaking Fire Emblem!

i dont think i have played that yet. i just bought all the DLC and have yet to finish the Story. i think im about 13or 15 missions in MS. Only played 2 DLC maps The Gold 1 and EXp 1.

The Golden Sun series

Pros

- The Djinni based class system, it adds more to the games themselves along with strategy.
- The soundtrack is pretty good.
- Beautiful cutscenes.
- The battle system is pretty fun.
- The storyline is good, and you (can) end up caring about the characters.
- The different summons are well done and worth seeing time and time again.

Cons

- It is rather wordy in regards to dialogue. So if you don't like those kinds of RPG's, then you might want to avoid it.

I'm probably gonna have to go with Pokemon Conquest for this one, though Advance Wars Dual Strike/Days of Ruin are both in my top 3 Turn Based Strategy DS Games. Pokemon Conquest did introduce me to the Samurai Warriors series after all... Aside from that, Conquest was super addicting - I spent over 60 hours on that game and I'm still not finished. @_@

I like Pok?mon Conquest and Fire Emblem Awakening a lot. With Fire Emblem, you can basically customize like everything. With Conquest, well, idrk, but I just love the game
