Originally I was only aiming to get framed photos and then let them leave, but I don’t think I will ever let Merry leave. She’s just so adorbs, I have to keep her forever!

They are mostly permanent at this point. I tried to collect villagers that match a pirate-bandit town thematic, mostly at least. There are a few changes still, but 80% done.

My current villagers are Gruff, Dobie, Snake, Sally, Cherry, Filbert, Flora, Purrl, Lolly, and Lionel. I've become attached to them all, so I don't intend to move any of them out.

I've never been a fan of cycling, and I have a bunch of amiibos, so I can always scan a camper in, if I want to visit with someone.

5 are permanent, 2 I'm not really sure if they will be permanent or not and 3 I'm definitely kicking out.

All of my villagers are permanent! However, I would consider swapping out one of my lazy boys (Sherb, Punchy or Beau) for my dream girl Kiki if she came to my campsite. That would be a very tough decision to make though.

I always try to leave some spots open, so that I can replace villagers when I feel like it's time for a change.

Looking at my current villagers... I can't imagine letting Reneigh, Lolly and Penelope go. Plus maybe Marshal and Drago because the smug and lazy villagers in New Horizons haven't clicked with me yet and I don't wanna risk ending up with one that I dislike, which is likely. lol
But the first three matter the most to me atm.

Hard to say right now, but probably just dobie and fang at the moment. I love my wolfs, but anyone else I don't hold too strong a bond with. I do like marshall, but because his house exterior is glitched right now, I might just let him go and try and get him back through island hopping. I don't really know who I would replace my villagers with though, outside of maybe ankha or raymond. Also I just kind of like island hopping, so i'd like to always keep 2-3 spots open on my island so that I can go island hopping every couple of weeks or so.

I've already gotten all the villagers i want, however, only a few of them are 100% forever permanent and even then i may eventually trade them off. If i start getting bored of a villager then im likely interested in trying a new one!
Currently pashmina and diana are my 100% no leaving villagers and lopez and sherb are not far behind them (see a pattern? i like goats haha)

I think just 2 for now... Rodney and Fang. We'll see how I feel later down the line in terms of keeping other villagers/maybe letting go of Fang, but Rodney is my one and only definite.

At this point, 4! Deirdre, Sally, Whitney and Peanut. Though I am considering swapping Whitney for Blaire and Peanut for Dotty.

The rest I have (in my signature) is not permanent in any way, though I still like them!

6 of mine are staying (Pietro, Erik, Marina, Rudy, Ruby and Greta). I would miss them too much. The rest I'm undecided on.

Honestly I’m not really sure. Save for Egbert, I know I’m keeping him forever lol. I do really enjoy the current villagers I have and I’m not sure I want to let any of them go!

That being said I might let Pinky explore the world soon. She’s given me her picture to remember her by and there are a lot of cute Peppy villagers. I could maybe see myself letting Colton and Bam go too, but not for a little while yet.

Let's see... Right now I have: Sprocket, Reneigh, Bluebear, Buzz, Kiki, Bud, Audie, Julian, Coco and Zucker.

Sprocket and Reneigh I want to keep because they were my starters.

Bud and Coco are dreamies of mine. Also permanent.

I've really grown to like Audie, so she's the permanent peppy for the time being.

Kiki has nostalgic value because she was one of my first villagers ever back in WW.

Julian is really cool, but he'll be replaced with O'Hare once I get him, although I reaaally like Julian, but I simply dont have room for him.

The rest I'm ready to let go. Especially Bluebear because I already have a peppy.

I'm still looking for Ankha and O'Hare, which will become permanent once I get them.

That makes 8/10 permanents. I really wish we had a few more spots, since I enjoy having different villagers every once in a while.
I'd also like that feature from Pocket Camp, that lets you invite back any past residents you had.

Only two. I've been getting my dreamies but I rather cycle through the villagers and I can get them again if I really want them.

8 are permanent so I can cycle 2 to keep things fresh.

That's a good idea! Always nice to see new faces on your island especially when there's so many different villagers and only 10 slots.
