How many of each personality type do you have?

I’m having a really hard time on a tenth villager! I have one of each type except for normal, I have two of them. I’m trying to find a tenth I like but every one I talk to feels like an imposter, if that makes sense lol! I’ll meet a lazy and feel like “no, that’s what Zucker says, I don’t want you”, etc.

Anyone else having that problem? I know that all the personality types are obviously going to sound the same as each other but I feel like each of my villagers has their own, and I don’t want any others to sound just like them! Maybe that’s why I have two normals since their lines aren’t as obvious as the others.

I have one of each, and then 2 normals (because I love their designs so much) and I'm deciding on my 2nd type to duplicate, but it's probably going to be either 2 cranky or 2 smug villagers simply because I find those personality types to be the most endearing to me

i currently have 2 normals, 1 snooty, 1 uchi, 1 lazy, 1 jock, 1 cranky and 3 smugs (which is ironic since they’re my least favourite personality lmao). i’m planning on having 3 normals and 2 peppies in the end lmao

I currently have all the personality types with two normals and lazies. I don’t like having two lazies as they always talk about the bugs in the floor and nothing else, it’s very repetitive but the two normals don’t feel like clones of each other, so I am definitely going to have multiple normal villagers

I have 2 normals, 2 snooties, a jock, smug, lazy, uchi, peppy and cranky.

At the moment, I have 1 Peppy, 1 Smug, 2 Lazy, 1 Snooty, 1 Uchi, 0 Jock, 0 Cranky, and an overwhelming 4 Normal. I didn't intend to have that many Normal villagers, but it kind of turned out like that after island hopping/villager trading here. I'm definitely trying to downsize this personality group to 2only 2 villagers.

Ideally, I want 1 from each group and then for the remaining 2 spots, it will probably be 1 Normal and 1 Smug/Snooty/Peppy. Tbh, I'm having a hard time trying to establish which personality I like the most, so my 2 extra spots may change with time. I'm thinking if I keep the last two spots reserved for temporary villagers, I can just cycle between the two so that I can keep my roster fresh and new haha

I have 3 peppy villagers (way too many), 2 normal villagers, 1 cranky, 2 lazy, 1 uchi, and 1 Smug I need to balance my villagers a bit more and I'm in the process of kicking a few out

I have 1 uchi, 1 jock, 2 normals, 3 peppies (please help me), 1 lazy, 1 smug and 1 snooty. I went island hopping today and after 15 tickets I just settled with Ruby as she was the best of all of them, though the thought of having 3 peppies wasn't appealing.

I plan on having 3 normals and possibly 2 snooties, and then 1 of each except jock. Though I have an open spot not set on any particular dreamie so I can cycle through villagers I like.

I don’t have a peppy now, but plan to invite Sprinkle later in place of a cranky. No uchi planned. I had Cherry and she was always like “this island is too small for both of us” and I said “right, it is, now piss off” and never invited an uchi again

I currently have 1 of each type except i have 2 jocks 3 peppies, and no normals. I'm looking to replace one jock and 2 peppies with three smugs, i have to sacrifice a normal in order to complete my dreamies lol

I will definitely get rid of one of the jocks. What I’m not sure is whether or not there are any downsides in this game to lacking a personality type. Having a tough time deciding on which Normal to part with since I like them all.

Lol. I actually like my current balance. I love my 3 old cranky men. I don't really care for uchi or jocks but I'm currently planning on letting 4 spots rotate when they ask to move naturally: Chief, Roscoe, Fauna, and Julian. The other 6 will be permanent fixtures in my town. So the balance will be always changing and keeping things fresh, though I always see myself having more cranky, smug and snooty villagers because they're my favorite. I'd like to have Whitney, Skye, Dom, Bam, Beau, and a few others at some point as well.

Still don't have a 10th villager! Still saving up NMTs so I can go to a lot of mystery islands to find a dreamie to hopefully add to my island. Though, tbh I just wish I'd just get lucky and have a dreamie stay on my campsite.
