1 smug - if I wasn’t so inclined to cute little creatures, I’d probably have more of these types. I think they have the most outrageous comments in NH, as the personalities seem very tame in contrast to previous games.

right now i have 2 smugs, 2 lazy, 2 peppy and then one of each except for cranky. planning to swap out one of my peppy villagers for a cranky and then i'll be set.

I was looking for a smug to replace Jacques but when Whitney showed up on an island she was soo sweet I just had to invite her
i have every single personality except for a snooty. I'm kinda playing it cool and not try to kick the last villager I want out incase I don't find specifically Olivia.
I currently have
2 normal (Megan and molly)

2 Lazy (Lucky and sherb)
2 Smug (Raymond and marshal)
1 snooty (gwen)
1 uchi (sylvia)
I'll eventually have fang on the way, planning to replace Megan gwen and sylvia, hopefully with Whitney and muffy on top. Lucky is a new addition that replaced my 3rd normal maple, I was planning to find a jock to take her place but I saw him on my first island and hes so precious I couldnt not take him ;-;
I want to have one of each eventually. But the only two that are solidly staying are my one normal (Midge) and one Peppy (Sprinkle). Butch (my cranky villager) will probably stick around permanently too. I like both of my Uchi villagers (Fuchsia and Cherry) so I'm not sure what I would do if one asked to leave. Cherry was with me from day one, so I'm attached, but she has her basic furniture and I don't know why that bothers me.
For the most part, my final plans for villagers are somewhat open ended and I'm rather content to simply wait and see what happens. My goals may change.

tbh I just took the first villager who always appeared on the Nook Island Tours, kinda weird how I almost ended up with all 8 personality types through that (first 7 were all unique, final 3 had the same personality as a current villager)
