How long does it take you to fall asleep? It takes about 2 hours for my sleeping pills to kick in so that long.
Do you have nightmares often or rarely? Most of my dreams are nightmares.
What's your favourite sleeping position? On my side or my back.

Do you sleep with someone? Just a big stuffed tiger that was a gift from someone.
Do you move around a lot? I've been told that I'm either so still it's creepy or I toss and turn a bunch, no in between.

How long does it take you to fall asleep?
That varies a lot. When I have a stressfull day planned I sometimes don`t sleep at all (I had school one day a week for 3 years, never slept the night before). I can`t fall asleep inmediately, whether I`m tired or not.

Rarely. I do dream more lately.

On my side and half on my belly, on my side and rarely on my back.

With I suppose, but I often fall asleep with it tossed aside. Never more then one pillow. I prefer a pillow when laying on my side, but not when I lay half on the belly, half on the side.

No clue. I move around a lot before I fall asleep, I know that.

No, I do take medicine that makes me sleepy, but for different complaints.

- Too long. I constantly get distracted and/or keep track of the clock. I'm also a night-owl, so most nights I don't sleep until 5 AM.

I'm a very light sleeper and my mental disorders cause insomnia. I usually end up staying up all night at least once a week like clock work and I've been known to have anxiety attacks in my sleep, which usually wake me up.

- It usually depends on what I did that night and how much energy I have left. But I guess the average for me would be 30 minutes.

I've had a bi-phasic sleeping schedule earlier this year when I was at university, for those who don't know what that is, it means you sleep twice a day instead of having one long sleep. It was hard to adapt at first but then it got really easy. Sometimes I take melatonin supplements to fall sleep.

-No, once during a school trip, we got back from somewhere at around 1pm, and I fell asleep when we got back to our hotel room, my friends let w/o me to a mall nearby and when they got back 2 hours later, I was STILL in the same position.
