on my side or on my back, it depends. i can't sleep on my stomach because then i can feel my own heartbeat and it creeps me out

In the summer, I am like all sprawled out on the bed trying to find a good position to sleep cause it's way too hot and I hate it. It's so hard to fall asleep in the summer. In the winter, I have blankets on top of me and just like bunch myself up in them and sleep on my side or usually my stomach with the blankets basically covering my whole body.

How long does it take you to fall asleep? Depends on how much sleep I got on the night before. At the moment it takes like ten minutes for me to fall asleep because of waking up early every day for school.

On my stomach, with one arm bent at the elbow facing forward and the same with the other arm but down instead. It's actually quote comfortable. I adapted it when one of my sides got bruised.

I sleep with one pillow under my head, and surround myself with two more pillows, one on each side like a pillow crib. I can't stand there being any light in my room so I usually end up putting it over my head in the morning to block out any sunlight

when I did it wasn't too pleasant because his heartbeat was faster than mine and heartbeats tend to sync up when you're sleeping next to someone else and I just felt tense every time I woke up.
currently: my big, fluffy cat! He's a much better sleeping companion and doesn't talk in his sleep

When I'm fast asleep? Not an inch. To fall asleep? I squirm so, so much.

I take gabba gabba. It's a natural supplement that takes the edge off
