What's the toughest decision you made (or will make) in the game?

For me the hardest choice is always where I'm going to put my mayor's house. No matter where I put it, I seem to always end up regretting its placement. Gah...

I'd ask for more specific things so this thread isn't all just "any permanent PWP for sure" but it's not too big a deal, honestly. :p

The map. I have no idea what I want out of a map!! But I'm never unhappy with my town, which is good. :)

I'm the same with the house placement. That's probably what I'm most unsettled about, and it would bug me for a good few days before I learn to embrace it, lol.

However, the more you build your town you realize it doesn't really matter (unless the house actually hides something else or noticeably stands in the way). I kind of like my house placement now. With more flowers, trees, and PWP's, it all eventually works out and that's when the house placement doesn't look that bad after all.

Well the hardest decision I often have, and it is whether or not to let a villager move. I mean I'd like to have new villagers, but I am very attached to my old ones, so I always end up sitting there for five minutes debating haha

The funny thing is that the map I chose was the first one, and I love it to death and I could never even fault it! Or the placement of my house or per enact pwps or anything of the sort! Guess I just have good luck?

The hardest decision was probably.... Letting some of my old villagers go such as Wendy or Pango - I ended up getting Wendy in my second town!

I guess my reset centre could be in a better place too... But it's not too bad and it's alright really

Hmm... I guess which original five to settle with? When I resetted my town last, I was determined to get dreamies as fast as possible, THEN do everything else. I wanted to make paths and projects afterwards, rather than having to redo a bunch every time someone new moved in. In the end, I settled for starting with five that included Fang and Ankha, which I'm pretty happy about!

The second hardest would be giving up Skye for Marina... I really like Skye, but her house placement was just, the WORST.

Inviting a camper to take the tenth spot in my town. Seriously, I'm so paralysed by the fear that maybe an even awesomer villager will camp the next day I usually don't invite anyone in. My town as been at nine villagers for three quarters of a year now.

Right now it's if I wanna reset or not.
I have Antonio as a tenth villager and want him out for Static, but I hear it's nearly impossible to get a tenth villager out. I have six months of progress in my town and millions of bells and over a thousand tbt spent into it, but i'm not sure if it's worth it just for one villager that I don't necessarily even hate. If I choose to cycle it'll be tedious as **** and i'll likely lose other permanent residents in the process. Also I'll be able to choose a better map and stuff. I might make a poll on whether I should or not.

my hardest decision I find always has to be the ordinances, and what one to choose, I think I will go with the Beautiful Town one this time :P

For me, the hardest decision is always whether or not to allow a villager to move out once I have their picture.

I'd love to meet new villagers, but given that I can't use the plot reset trick, it's kind of stressful waiting on a new villager to arrive. The question in my mind is always "will I hate their placement and regret allowing their predecessor to move out?"

I guess that's a little weird, but I spent a long time on the layout of my town.

For me, it was when I had to decide which of my three Crankies to move out so I could get a new Jock villager. I finally settled on letting Elvis move out (which made me so sad because he and Vesta were best friends and neighbors; their friendship was literally the best) so I could get Rod to move in.

For one, deciding if it's really worth it to let a villager you've been resetting for for days have a bad location; I just get so desperate after awhile. ;~;'

Another is deciding on a town layout. ._. So painfully hard because the worst thing is to find a bad inconvenience after finally deciding.

For me the hardest thing is is to either let villagers go for new villagers, since I love all of mine, and also deciding on what furniture to keep or sell, since my closet is getting full...

Honestly, it is letting villagers go. Like the first villager I let move out was fushia who was one of my first villagers (think she was like number 9 or something) and I didn't really care for her (or uchis in general) and wanted to let somebody new move in but at the same time she was there for a few months.

I had a tough time deciding if I should let Drago move out, but it ended up working out because I'm completely satisfied with all my villagers now :)

My hardest decision was moving Kitty out. Eventually I decided I would move her since she was a random and I like having a little more variety with villagers so I got Purrl. Satisfied with my villagers :)

I have to 100% agree that it's letting villagers move. Some of my earlier villagers were Sprinkle, Hugh, Lily and Fang all of whom I felt pretty attached to, but I let them go to make room for dreamies. Now I think I'm going to make the hard decision of letting go of one of my 3 normals to make room for the last personality type I'm missing. Ugghh we'll see if I can do it :(

the town name, haha~
I'm never happy with whatever other town name I think of. it's a good thing I decided to stick with parody theme with mine. but if I were to go "original" then I'd probably never be happy with my town just over the name. =0P
