Handheld or docked?

Docked. All the time. With a pro controller. My computer screen allows me to enjoy the game's gorgeous visuals (without the accompanying eye strain if I had to play handheld).

I have the ACNH edition Switch and i still mostly play handheld. I've always been a handheld gamer and it's the main reason I got a Switch but largely skipped the Wii/Wii U but had loyalty to the DS and 3DS family.

I've only played it docked on the TV about three times, and the times I did play it on the TV everything looked sooo big because I was so used to handheld, it just felt weird, lol. Maybe I should try it on the TV again and see if I can get used to it.

I only ever play any game on my Switch with it docked. I far prefer having a big screen like on a console hooked up to a tv or a game on a PC instead of playing games handheld when I have the choice.

I have a Switch Lite, so only handheld play for me. I don't mind though, it gives New Horizons that familiar New Leaf feel.

I play my switch handheld probably 95% of the time.

Most of the time I play it docked. The only time I really play it handheld is when I'm working and want to take a break and play it or have a trade to do.

Handheld, the switch has a very weak signal in my room so I have to go downstairs, closer to the wifi, to do any online stuff.
My brother tried gifting me an wifi extension today, but it was defected, so still stuck playing this way until I can get a more stable connection.

Handheld most of the time. AC is perfect for handheld but graphics and screenshots look so much better when it's docked tbh.

I try to play it on the TV every so often because it's a big screen but I'm so used to it on the handheld it just doesn't feel right lol.

I only own a Switch Lite so I guess there's only one answer for me. But regardless, even if I do own the other one, I could see myself playing this in handheld mode considering that I only play it in short bursts most of the time.

I mostly play handheld. While playing on the TV is nice, nothing beats going around your town while in the comfort of your bed. I have my Switch charger next to my bed for that reason.

It used to be docked but then I started trading a lot more so handheld was easier. I mostly used docked when I'm doing terraforming

I play both! I used to play docked all the time, but I've been moving around when playing recently, so I've mostly been using handheld.
