Yeah I also screwed up my answer, I kind of thought I was like the only one though so I mean, it's nice to know that I wasn't? The phrasing was definitely bad/confusing, and it's hard to tell if that was intentional by the staff or not.

I think quite a few people messed it up so you're definitely not alone. It was probably intentional to be a little tricky! I can't remember what the question itself was so now I'm curious to know what exactly I didn't comprehend correctly lol.

Before I was honestly under the impression that the point of this event was just to decipher the message and expect an easy answer. But yeah the more I thought about it, the more I was thinking that they were probably trying to be a little cryptic and throw people off.
My issue was that I was just overthinking it too much and using way too much logic.

I finished all 3 of the codes. I liked this event quite a lot - Many, many times more than the Nightmare mirrors. The skill level and path to solving these code puzzles was so much more fair.

Yeah I decoded the entire message word for word and still didn’t really know what to answer, so apparently I got it wrong. The question was -very- open to interpretation depending on how you personally perceived the context of the situation.

Or maybe I’m just dumb. But it seems like a lot of other people had the same idea (???)

Anyways, round 3 was fun to decode, thanks for running this event : )

ok, wow. this was waaay easier than I was initially thinking and kinda makes me wish I had started when it got put up instead of just recently

same here :/ decoded every word and still got a wrong answer apperently... maybe its because my native language isnt english and i missunderstood the question?

Finally managed to decode the message and submitted my answer for it. I tried to be as specific as I could.
Guess all I really needed was a short break to see how it all comes together.

I unfortunately missed round 2 of this event but made it just in time for round 3 ☺

These are always such a blast! I literally squeal in excitement with every character/letter I decipher! Once you crack one, the rest just all come together.

With all of these posts about incorrect answers in Round #2, and thinking further on the answer I gave for #3, I'm paranoid that I misinterpreted the phrasing of the question this time and am going to miss out on the tickets. Feels like there's a couple ways to answer and I'm like 99% sure I opted for the wrong one. Ah well.
