Ever Lost a Game of Hide-and-Seek?

I just lost my first hide-and-seek game and I'm so ashamed. I have so many trees and bushes in my town that it's was near impossible to spot Zucker. Have you ever lost a game?

I don't think I've ever lost one in my town, but I've lost the tour before. I have heavily wooded areas but fortunately most of my villagers have tended to stick to houses for hiding spots.

I absolutely have, and it felt awful-- Clyde decided to hide on the freakin' beach, and with all my wooded areas, I spent all my time searching around there. I only happened to see him from the top of a cliff, so I had to try and race down to him to beat the clock. I... Didn't.

I came very close! On a beach tour, it was the hardest to spot Savannah. It was like she blended in. I don't know how that works but with 20 seconds to spare, I was nervous.

Not in my town, because my trees are organized around villagers' houses, and my orchard is in rows.

But definitely so many time on the island, because there are so many stupid pitfalls and countless trees!

I lost multiple ones until I realized they can hide on the beach.

I have. Checked everywhere. Once time runs out you can keep looking though. Finally found him on the inaccessible beach. Because I checked the main beach but no, he was behind a coconut tree on my private beach... and me without my swimsuit. :/

I've lost the tour before. Sometimes in my town I can't find one villager for a while. I've been given 15 minutes and found someone at the 30 second warning before.

Not as of yet, but I came sort of close once. One of them was hiding really well behind a tree on my beach, and since I'd just started out with the game at the time, I didn't even think to look down there until it was almost too late.

Once awhile if you get the right villager hiding in the perfect place for their colors and such, though, they can be a little bit of a challenge to find.

Yes! I lost many until I realized sometimes they hid on beaches. I don't have that many trees and such, so, I was so puzzled as to why I couldn't find the last one. Until I went to the beach and there he was, trying to hide behind a palm tree, lol.

I've never lost a game of hide-and-seek in my town, but I have lost a game of it on an island tour.

Yes, I closed my ds assuming it would pause the timer... boy was I wrong. I had to find them all in 1 minute which I nearly, but didnt, accomplish.

I haven't lost one yet! But with all the renovations I'm doing, I've got a lot more trees for the animals to hide behind. Perhaps too many. Eh, well, we'll see what happens.

I've never played the tour, mostly because I don't go to the island anymore, but if I did I would probably lose that too!

I have once, but it wasn't actually my fault. I had just started a game of hide-and-seek when my Mum called me. I pressed start thinking it would pause the timer, but once I got off the phone I realised it had kept going and I had therefore lost. Oh well!

Yes. They can get tricky and I lose interest when they do that.

I'm in the same boat as the "wtf are you doing on the beach?? you can't hide there!" people posting lol
I also had Camofrog as a villager for a while and he insisted on ALWAYS. WANTING. TO. PLAY. and he'd hide behind heavily wooded areas and he's camouflage coloured already! Agh!

I've also lost because of a villager on the beach. I saw them with less than a minute to spare but they were on the private beach and I had a mad hunt for my wetsuit and didn't make it there on time.

Like how could you have got there anyway Winnie? :c

yep, just yesterday. i just really want to know where they hid!

it's only going to get more difficult as i plant more and more trees >>
