Ah thanks so much for the comment! I honestly didn’t think anyone would like my art so I really appreciate that so much . And you are right! I feel like drawing and browsing art has really helped me cope with my anxiety a lot .

I will always ship Hubert with my character but I do think he and Bernadetta would make a potentially good couple (I like pairing characters that would seem like unlikely couples ).

I thought it would be fun to draw a couple that aren’t tweeted/posted a lot .

@Toska I made a little something for you. I based this off of some artwork from Fire Emblem Heroes. I saw you liked Filbert, so I changed the Teddy Bear to him. Sorry I messed up outlining one of the stars and the hair ended up being off ><.

I am so happy you like it! I know there isn’t much to the background but hopefully in time I’ll be able to draw more (as well as improve the quality of my drawing) . I really hoped you’d like it regardless since I know the last year or two (or more) have been extremely rough on you and I really wanted to do more than offer my dms and kitty pictures.

I practiced drawing using basic shapes and here is the result. I have issues drawing light >< (I drew too dark and erased too much).

Beginning:

I had to make some adjustments as I worked on the drawing.

The head could have been bigger. I know I didn’t do the book pages and her nails. I may add them later or redraw this another time since I still have obviously a lot to learn (anatomy, shading, etc...)

I forgot to take a photo of it before I filled in Dimitri, so here is before after I drew him.

The smudges are from the scrapped drawings I did before doing this one.

I made adjustments to the shapes as I drew.

I must’ve had water on my hand near the end, so now there are brown smudges. :/

If it weren’t for the smudge marks, I’d be really proud of this. These are the three house leaders from Fire Emblem: Three Houses as villagers. Edelgard is the eagle, Dimitri is the lion, and Claude is the deer.

I redid yesterday’s drawing and it ended up being more since I made Dimitri bigger than intended .

On top left is Byleth and on the right is Tom Nook. I didn’t shade since I wasn’t sure if I was going to color (plus I do not know how to shade correctly yet).

I definitely was not planning to make their outfits that elaborate .

I just finished these two drawings. The first pair is Bernadetta and Hubert from again, Fire Emblem: Three Houses (finished this one around midnight). The second pair is Lysithea and Linhardt.

The Hubert and Bernadetta drawing was based on a conversation they had and a lost item you can find in the game. I used this fan art piece and this one for references; hopefully one day I can make my own version with hands and all .

I’m going to try to fit one more on this page tomorrow.

Edit: I fixed the tail and the neck piece.

I was hoping to get a couple drawings done today, but I got too ambitious with the current drawing I’m working on (tried to draw a character in a very difficult pose; ended up erasing everything but the head).

This is Marianne as a deer villager and Raphael as a bear; again, these are characters from Fire Emblem: Three Houses.

Edit:

Here is the drawing I was struggling with. It is a huge mess; my eraser on the pencil that I was using finally gave out and I had to get a new pencil, which I had even more difficulty with drawing lightly.

This is Felix as a cat villager. I may redo this drawing; this was really tough. I had to dig through a lot of different pictures to get the weapon and the pose. I drew him bigger than I had intended. I was going to try to have another person in this picture too...

I have mixed feelings about today’s drawing. Again, problem is the erasing and smears. I also made the cape too big. Armor detail was better when I simplified it in the first picture I drew with Dimitri as a villager; the cape ended up being way too big (I got carried away drawing that). I think at least his face turned out decent and the weapon .
