I've had mine since grade 3. The prescription is 500. x-x
Which means that i basically can't see anything when i take them off. I want to get surgery when i'm older because it's so annoying having to wear them everyday and not being able to do anything without, especially when going to the pool. ;~;

I do, reading glasses. Not the special ones. I wear them on the weekdays, but not on the weekends, I don't feel like wearing them on the weekends.

Yes, I wear them, but when I take them off I can still see clearly enough so I'm not bumping into things constantly. I mostly wear them for school.

I had a pair, but they broke over a year ago and I haven't replaced them yet. I'm nearsighted so I'm technically not supposed to drive without them but I do it everyday anyway, oh well

Yes, and I'm going in on the 19th to get a new perscription ( accidently set one eye too low oops) and frames

I wear glasses, though, I'm kind of interested in getting contacts in the future. I know I'd have the hardest time putting them in though. It once (sadly) took me about 15 minutes just to get eyedrops in my eyes because I have horrible aim and sensitive eyes that blink too much, lol.

So jealous of you people who don't constantly need them.

It's so unfair that my brother doesn't need them. He spends so much more time on the computer and electronics than I did when I was his age, but he still doesn't need them. :I

Oh, that's exciting! What kind of frames are you thinking of getting?

Sorta like that. My friend has some and she can see a wider range than me. Not getting wire frames again XD bad mistake because the screws are crap

I got contacts before I got glasses, but I wear my glasses way more than my contacts these days since I'm so lazy

Sometimes, yes, but the glasses I had broke so I haven't worn any in a while. I can see well without them so it's no big deal, but they helped if I was having trouble reading something far away so I'd like to get a new pair soon for that reason.

Fortunately, I do not, which is a miracle considering everyone in my family needs glasses. I'll probably need glasses when I get older, though.
