i like having both. i used to be savory only until i tried belgian waffles. something like... corned beef hash and eggs, a small serving of that, then a belgian waffle with some fruit. my sister and i get brunch infrequently and this is my order. filling, yeah, usually leftovers, but ITS THE BEST

i actually ever hardly eat breakfast when it's breakfast time but breakfast food is my favorite! i generally prefer savory like eggs and bacon but i don't dislike pancakes or anything either. i'm always down for a good french toast.

My preference is savoury but there are times I'll cave and make pancakes or French toast (with cinnamon and syrup). My go to on a weekend though is hash browns, potato scones, vegan sausages, fried eggs, and baked beans. Also mushrooms and tomatoes if I can be bothered making the effort. I'm not vegetarian I just try to minimise how much meat I consume by buying alternatives for certain foods - sausage being one of the ones I'm fully okay substituting.

Breakfast today was a banana sandwich. I don't know if that would be considered sweet or savoury. 🤔 Between our New Leaf event and the kids at school examing dopamine oxidase by extracting the enzyme from bananas I've just had bananas on the brain. 😂

I like both sweet and savory depending on what I’m craving. Sometimes too much sugar in the morning feels wrong, I like my breakfasts to be somewhat healthy and actually be filling. Something like french toast is good, but doesn’t really fill me up for the rest of the morning. I like having toast, unsweetened yogurt with fruits, or sometimes a breakfast sandwich. I do occasionally like a ham and cheese croissant (when I accept suffering for dairy enjoyment), but those are pretty rich so I rarely have them now.

I love pretty much most breakfast foods like pancakes, french toast, chicken biscuits, hash browns, scrambled eggs, sausage, and more so I would say both sweet and savory.

I picked savory but I’d honestly say neither, if that was an option. I have eggs every morning for breakfast, and I don’t think eggs fall into either of those categories. I’ve been eating eggs for breakfast for about a year and a half now, and I can tell a difference in my energy level and alertness if I don’t have them.

I definitely prefer a savory breakfast, if I have any at all. But with my morning coffee, I tend to want something sweet to go with it. But I’ll always have something savory after, to counterbalance the sweet.

Savoury. I prefer sweet things in general, just not when I’ve just woken up😂

I like both, but I prefer sweet breakfasts! Cereal is what I usually eat in the morning (which is usually sugary lol), and I love pancakes/waffles/French toast.

I'm generally on the sweeter side, I'm super lazy in the morning and don't feel like cooking, but I don't feel like eating something too elaborated either. I like raisin or cranberries bread, croissant, cereals, fruits, yogourt or just plain brown bread. No jam, too sweet for me. Sometimes if I eat later, I like avocados and egg on toast. Which counts as savory for me. I don't eat sausages, potatoes or stuff like that for breakfast.

I don’t generally have a proper breakfast, I’m not hungry when I wake up, but when I do eat it’s savory. I don’t like having ‘sweet’ present in any meal unless it’s dessert…and even then my dessert comes hours after I’ve eaten a meal.

Pretty much both, it depends on what I’m in the mood for, but most of the time it’s sweet.

I can't eat sweets first thing in the morning or my blood sugar tanks LOL
so I usually have something savory if I eat breakfast

I go with savory if you count eggs and sweet if you count oatmeal. I mostly have an craving for sweets when I wake up though but I try not to submit to it because I'm trying to limit my sugar and calorie intake.
