Do you miss Gyroids?

i can't say that i noticed their absence when i first got new horizons, so i guess no. but, i think it would be nice if they did come back

Sorta? They were very hit or miss for me. I liked some of them but most of them felt too weird to me to want to use.

I mean, the lack of them isn't hurting my enjoyment of the game, BUT I'd still love if they brought them back! One more thing to collect, I love collecting ☺ And, some of them were cute. I usually had a few in my house. They made it feel less empty.

If they do bring them back, I like the idea of a museum wing or something to show them off! That'd be neat!

To be honest, I'd be willing to bet they'll bring 'em back at some point I've heard rumors of people finding a lot of previous things that were left out in the coding, probably for future releases, and I could definitely see them bringing them back as well.

I do agree that Gyroid doesn't have a huge impact on the game and how I play, but they have always been a part of the series and it's a little disappointing that they weren't included from the start. I miss them though, and I would definitely love to collect them all if given the chance.

I'm kinda glad to see the last of them.
It was tiring digging them up every time after it rained, and it used to rain a lot in NL.

Nope, I never found a use for them, at least in New Leaf. Way back in the old games they were fun to use, but now I just sell them for a profit.

I sold them in NL because I didn't know what to do with them and there were way too many. Outdoor decoration probably makes them easier to use but there's still the storage problem.

if they do come back, i hope they appear much less.
i remember being so annoyed in new leaf. such a hassle when you haven't played for a long time and your town is full of them, and instead of checking out what's new on your island, you're stuck cleaning up the ground for gyroids, figuring out where to store them and just end up selling them.

kind of? i miss the familiarity of them and the fact that they’ve been a constant feature for the entire series. but even when they were in the series, i very solemnly used them and used to just sell them - still, i find that after it rains in new horizons, i find myself thinking that i’ll have to go around and dig up all the gyroids, still, which makes me kinda sad lol

I don't miss them to the extreme, and I don't miss having to dig them up (its bad enough with the fossils) but it does seem strange not having them in an AC game.

I do. In New Leaf, I would use the extra storage rooms as a display for villager photos and the Gyroids. I especially loved the pink ones with the bows! Bring them back Nintendo, ideally with it's own section in the museum and allow us to donate them to Blathers!

I miss them a lot. I want to decorate my island with them! They'll be back though. A spot in the museum for them would be great.

nope nope nope. it was so much hassle to dig them up all day every day after rain especially when I TT'd a lot.

I don't particularly miss Gyroids, but I would enjoy collecting them if there was a new museum section dedicated to them. If they make a return I would probably only use a handful in decorating my island.

A little? I do miss digging them up for the extra cash. I never really got super into them. They would work so well outside this time, so I am a bit sad they are gone. I bet they will probably come back though. I would be surprised if they didn't come back because they have been in ever single game.
