The super simple method is plugging the equation into a graphing calculator and looking at 0 on the X axis. Since you haven't learned l'hopital rule that is probably what your teacher expected you all to do.

Or you can use the fact that as x approaches 0, sin(x)/x = 1. You can then use that knowledge to set up a formula and get rid of the sines to leave you in the end with just 2/3. Same thing, more pictures. Depending on if you are in high school or college I have found the difference that high school teachers will be all "no you must do loooong drawings" college professors are like "use your calculator because otherwise it will take you 10minutes and if this was your job you would get fired don't be an idiot"

Okay, you have (sin2x)/(sin3x)

Which can also be written as [sinU/U][V/sinV]
2x = u
3x =v
Less variables makes everything easier.

So easier to look at it that way than in just one line. Okay so there is your formula, la de da. If you don't need to do the U and the V hats off to you. But trust me when this is the easiest of a 45minute problem and your U actually equals some crazy m*g*a you will WANT that u.

I don't see how I'm going against the academic honor system. 1) I'm not plagiarizing, 2) This is not a test, 3) It's pretty much equivalent to tutoring, 4) Students share answers all the time.
