So basically just post one or two good songs, preferably not too known.

You have to listen to the person above yous song. And the next person listens to yours. Who knows, a song could click.

I'll start: Howl, Florence and the Machine

Rate the song you listened to!

I liked your song. It started really well, she has a very nice voice. The lyrics were captivating as well. Towards the end I felt it went a little downhill, but thats a taste thing probably. It went more towards teen music for me. 6.5/10!

For the next one:
Racoon - No Mercy.

BTW; great thread idea!

Not to my liking, but I don't want to 'rate' a person's taste in music, as different songs will 'speak' to different people.

This is literally the best thread idea I've seen in here though :)

The Edge of Forever-The Dream Academy

Hmm. The tempo was all over the place at first, but I have to give the instrumentals a HUGE amount of credit. Love the harmonies, it's something a lot of artists forget to do. It really built up, very captivating piece. Made me want to fight a vampire in an RPG, think it's supposed to do that? LOL.
I give it a 9/10.

The Strokes: Juicebox

Gah, clearly I can't hang out in this thread as much as I'd love to. I only just finished listening to Only Love Can Hurt Like This and painstakingly choosing my next submission.

Clearly putting too much thought into this :(

I've never really understood what the big deal with Nightcore was. It's just pop songs sped up and raised to a higher pitch. But the Nightcore effect really fit well with this song. I love the riffs going on in the background. I honestly think it's kinda dope.
For this, I'd say 9/10

@Beleated_Media: I really don't like it. It's too hard to understand, and the vocals are really annoying and synthesized. Plus, it's not catchy.
I'd give it a 6/10

BANKS: Under The Table

7/10. For a while, I found it a bit too slow for me, but after a short while, I found it quite nice.

You Will Know Our Names - Xenoblade Chronicles (Sorry for the video game song.)

It be cool, I'm inviting to all music!

NOTE: When a song starts off with an electronic/metal guitar riff, you know it's a good song.
Very interesting. I wouldn't be able to tell it's a video game song just by listening to it. Also loved the brass section there.
I give it a 9.5/10

@Beleated_Media: Y u always post b4 me?

I…did NOT like this one. It completely ripped off lyrics from All-Star (don't know what the band that sang it was, don't really care either) and plus it added the beat for SSB3DS, which is the most annoying Smash theme ever.
It deserves a 3/10

Green Day: Jesus of Suburbia (Might be a little too long)
