Did anyone else have the most PAINFUL char hunt

I caught the char and stringfish rather easily, actually. The same could have been said for the golden trout, if only I hadn't sold the first one by mistake when I was in a rush to empty my pockets and pay my loan before the store closed. I can't remember how much bait I used to try and get it to spawn again (thankfully, it eventually did).

Just like many others in this thread, I found the char while stringfish-hunting. Super thankful I didn't end up struggling with it, because I don't even know how many hours it took to find that darn stringfish...
