Anyone have a town of the same personality?

Look, I freaking LOVE peppy villagers. It's been such a struggle picking only a few to keep the dialogue diverse. :C Does anyone else have their island filled with a lot of the same personality? Do you find chatting with the villagers boring because of that? Which personality and which villagers do you have?

In my village, I have two crankies (Rizzo and Hamphrey), two normals (Norma and Rhonda), and two sisterlies (Shari and Reneigh). The others are a smug (Leopold), lazy (Drago), peppy (Flora), and jock (Biff).

It took a while for the crankies to grow on me, but now I can’t imagine my island without them! They’re kinda funny.

The normal villagers can be a bit boring, but they’re very sweet.

I love the sisterlies because they seem tough, but under that tough shell, they’re soft-hearted and really care for my villager.

And, yes, I love the peppies too! I hope they all become the pop stars of their dreams!

I like to have a variety of personalities, but if I were to pick one, it would be peppy or cranky. Most of my favourite villagers are those two personalities.

Honestly, I wouldn't go for all personality as it is too much and might be extremely repetitive, but I like having 3 crankies. The rest is 2 snooty and everyone else, but I'm lacking a lazy. I haven't played in 3 weeks, but that is all I have so far.

I could never go for an island that was full of solely one personality, however I definitely have my favourite personalities and have had to stop myself from having too many of the same one, yes. For me that tends to be normals and crankies. I like too many of the designs in general but I really try to limit it to 2 only if I am to have any duplicates of the same personality (though I think I've definitely let 3 slide before). Ideally I like having at least one of each personality type, though I kind of gave up on jocks in ACNH. The few I tried to keep were just too annoying and didn't mesh well with my island so I accepted having a jock-less island long ago.

I actually did have a skngle personality island on my side switch. I had an island that was only smug villagers (Marshal, Curlos, Kyle, Julian, Lopez, Toby, Lucha, Chadder, Colton, and Zell) it was actually quite fun. I do enjoy a good rainbow of an island.

It's a tie between Smug and Lazy for my favorites. I have three smug villagers with me, I don't really get tired of their dialog. Its pretty entertaining if you pick some funny catch phrases~

I have a lot of lazies and didn't realize until I played the game in a different language. I think I've noticed for a while but when you're reading everything in a different language you tend to pay attention to the dialogue a lot more and I noticed there were no variations and it's because I have so many lazies

i love peppy villagers too but i have mostly normal villagers because those just happen to be the ones i find the cutest! i also recently noticed that i only have one villager with the education hobby so that was interesting. i have like 5 normal villagers, i think 3 peppy ones, 1 lazy, and 1 snooty villager. i'm not usually a fan of the snooty ones but it's tipper the cow and i sdore cows so i will never ever get rid of her hehe

My town currently has three normal squirrels: Sally, Poppy and Sylvana. It used to be four (Cally, than later Ione), but I removed them for a peppy villager because I was dying to have one again.

I still miss them both. If only Nintendo would let us have up to 15 villagers again.

The closest I came to a one personality island was 5 lazy. When I was making my first all penguin island I forgot that Boomer and Puck were also lazy . For some reason I keep thinking Boomer would be smug and Puck would be jock. Currently my second island is my all penguin island and have 3 lazy villagers on that one. Chabwick, Puck and Boomer.

I'm somewhat tempted to have an island full of crankies or normals, as they're my favorite personalities. I do love snooties too. But my goodness, imagine finding a lost item. You'd have to be super lucky to find who it belongs to first try, and the hint wouldn't be much help lmao.

I almost had an island with just lazy, normal, and peppy. Those personalities have most of my favorite villagers.
