Bathroom Light

i have the lights on, since while i like the dark, i don't like it while i'm in the bathroom lmao

I'll definitely turn it on if it's dark, but 2/4 bathrooms in my house have a window so there's plenty of natural lighting during the day. For some reason I can't imagine using the bathroom in pitch blackness, but that's because I might step on a cat or something and would also prefer to see where I'm going/what I'm doing. One of my cats also has an affinity for jumping on my lap while I'm on the toilet and I'd rather be able to see if I'm about to be hit with razor sharp claws to my bare thighs.

The only time I leave it off is if I have to pee in the middle of the night and can't find the light after awkwardly searching for a full minute dont wanna wake my husband

On unless it's night and there is a night light in there. If my house had windows providing light I might also have it off during the day. This is a silly question!

I'm easily scared and have strong anxiety xD I have a check list for when I use the restroom:

-Turn on lights
-Open Shower curtain
- Close closet door
-make sure door is locked
-look around do make sure there are no bugs (I made that mistake once.....never again. Lets just say I ended up with a bloody nose)
-If I forgot my device I start reading different labels...

Then I'm just waiting for a crazy chainsaw killer to pop up. I had candles all over the bathroom when the electricity turned off xD

Why turn the light on in the morning if it's light out? Or even when it's kind of dark in the morning, I'll leave it off because I don't like looking at bright lights after being in my dark bedroom all night.

Depends, if I'm going in the middle of the night and wanting to go back to sleep after I'll sometimes just use the flashlight on my phone because if I use the bathroom light my eyes adjust and then I'm blind going back to my room, and it's usually harder to go back to sleep as well once my eyes adjust to light. But most of the time I leave it on, usually because we have a bathroom ghost and I'm fairly sure she'd take advantage of having me alone in the dark...

Also we don't have a window so it's pitch black in there.

I take naps in the bathroom when I have a migraine, it's the quietest room in the house and usually the coldest so I literally turn out the lights and lay on our bathmat. XD

This sure is an interesting question, lmao. If you look through the window in our bathroom, you can see kind of a parking area on the roof of a shopping centre. Of course weirdos on there could see me while I'm in the bathroom so I usually leave the light off.

in the summer i always have it off. i don't need to have it on. it's bright
since i shower/bathe later it's dark so i have the light on now
