I expressed interest in Tangy in another thread (both OPs are offline) but if I'd gotten her elsewhere and you were going to miss out I'd have offered to pay the difference for you to get the peppy cat (like if you had to pay 75 TBT and I'd offer 25 TBT to make it the hundred).
