Ah then I would love to have her for 175, i'm not sure how I transfer the TBT to you though I got 9 villagers in my town at the moment so that's fine right? ^^ So she is in boxes atm?

yes she is from one of my cycle town's and she is original cx and in boxes ofc c:
if you click on my bells there will be option to transfer bells to me cx
also add my cycle town's fc pls 5472-8720-4836 and just vm/pm me when you're ready cx
and yes if you have 9 villagers atm in your town and none in boxes ofc she will agree to move to your town when you talk to her c:
