Pfft... ha ha ha! That's not a tiny fish with big eyes... that's a big eye on a tiny fish! (Despite frogs being amphibians and not fishes).

Ocean sunfish. I did not draw the pupil to make it look like the don’t starve sunfish a little .

The colors on the sunfish is not to make it a different color but to make it look like it is underwater. See spoiler.

Let me know if you need me to retake with better lighting; I put this on the floor so i wouldn’t get any glare.
