Question About Camp & Villagers

Is there a chance EVERY animal in ACNL can appear in the camp? I'm looking for Frita, have been since February and only recently knew about the 16 villager reset recently but has taken me this long to get her cleared. I know the 16 villager resets the villagers but i was hoping to find her again by myself i found someone who has her in her cycle town but i'm more of earning things myself. Should i keep using the plot reset to find her in camp? Or go down to 7/8 villagers so some move in on their own? Because that's how i got her anyway. I also got Biskit that way too but i see he can be found in camp which is why i asked the question.

I would say so. During my long months of campsite resetting in Tadfield I'm pretty sure I saw every animal in the game multiple times. lol

I don't see why not? I doubt they'd program it for only certain villagers to do so. Do whichever method you want. Is it worth it to constantly plot reset? Are you the patient type? It really depends on you.

5 days of plot resetting? Yep lol i'd say i do.

You can find any villager not in your cycle but you have a better shot at finding her on here than your campsite.
